It asked "Are you bored of your regular workout routine?" and then I don't know what the rest said, because I was already thinking, "Heck yeah! I always do get bored easily!" After today's boxing boot camp with Alex, they definitely "walk the walk" when making fitness challenging yet fun. The energy level of the trainers here is incredible. The theme is, "Never give up." Today was just a taste of what their boxing classes are actually like. We did boxing drills, but the true working out with boxing gloves and contact occur on Thursday evenings, but even though this class was just a "sample," it definitely kicked everyone's derriere. There were grimaces, sweat flying everywhere, groans, and then also laughter. Not the typical combination you would get when you're working out hard. That's what makes this place unique. You can tell they are striving for a fun, yet motivational atmosphere. I know you may not feel that way when doing plank jumping jacks or boxing squats, but you'll feel amazing at the end. If I didn't live a light year away in the west valley, I would be here on a daily basis if I could! But when I'm in the area, I will definitely return and get some pointers about how to improve my fitness routine. They know, but don't fix. (See photos) Soap Dispensers filled with water, NOT soap, but water for weeks! Big health hazard. Reported to front desk and they said, "we know, the soap is on back order". YOU KNEW AND DIDN'T GO BUY SOAP AT COSTCO OR WALMART IN THE MEANTIME?! WTF! If you want to act like LA Fitness, change your name and drop your rates. If you want to be an elite gym, do a lot better. And I held off a long time before blasting Lifetime Scottsdale on here, so do better please.

Now, this isn't really this locations fault, but I experienced this here and mentioned to management. Seems the new trend for people in vans and living in cars to use these anytime gyms as their grooming stops. Either traveling and see a few locals who live in their cars do this. I'd see them coming in very early, say 3:30am to like 5a.m. simply to use the showers and bathrooms. They come in with their huge beach bags and toiletries, use the bathrooms for like 20-30 minutes at a shot. Then leave. Also see travelers with out of town plates stopping in to do the same things. Some sleeping in the parking lots when I arrive. They even sit in their cars and stare at you as you pull up and walk in. I had a phone call and was in my truck for like 15 minutes and this guy with a towel over his head, simply his eyes looking out staring at me for the entire, with out of state plates. Simply got too creepy for us.

Matt is welcoming and knowledgeable in his field. He thoroughly stepped us through their processes. Nutrition is included which is a plus. This is our first time recording our daily food/drink. It's amazing how you become more aware and accountable! It'a only been a month and we already see results. Matt keeps us moving and 45 minutes flies by. He customized our workouts based on our individual needs/desires. We started 2 days per week but will increase to 3 days. We highly recommend Transform to help get you fit and live healthier.
