Lots of activities for little kids! We took our kiddos (6 & 11 yo) to check this place out today & they had a great time learning, playing & running around! Be ready for lots of kids & the struggle of wrangling your own LOL. There's also a gift shop & a cafe around the corner than we didn't have a chance to scope out but it was a fun time! Our oldest probably wouldn't want to go back but the younger will likely enjoy another trip or two! The young kids really seemed to enjoy themselves here!

What a time we had discovering at the Discovery Lab The kid in me loved it but my nephews (the real kids) enjoyed it. I had to peel them away (funny because of the tunnel - read on). On a hot summer day, we decided to visit the Gathering Place. To cool off, we ran to Discovery Lab and I couldn't get them back outside after entering. This place is soooo cool, but I was impressed by the tunnel that ended in a slide (all created using packing tape - TAPE). I am not sure how many children or adult children (including me) have passed through BUT it is holding up well. Explore water at the hydro lab, build your own parachute, compose math through music at math+music, design an image at the waterfall...WoWzers! If that isn't enough - there is a little lab for the younger crew (4 & under) and a healthy cafe that has pizza!!!

We've come a couple times now, and my daughter loves it every time. She calls it the 'Ada Twist Scientist Club'. Not only does she love it, but we are adults also love it. Not a lot of places do a good job of creating a space where everyone from a toddler up through adults can enjoy their time, but Discovery Lab accomplishes just that. We've come with just a group of toddlers before and we also recently came with a small group of toddlers and lots of adults. Everybody was having a good time, and other than a few of the adults, I don't think anybody felt like the kids or the adults were conflicting with their experience. I like how open it is here-it makes it pretty easy to find your child if they wander off. While my child loves all the balls, water activities and the slide made of duct tape, her favorite space to explore are the little labs across from the main play area. She's very hands on and enjoys the attention of doing an experiment with someone. We will likely buy a membership this year because it's a great value if you feel like you'll come more than a couple of times, which I see is doing now that my daughter is a little older and she can come with one of us after school for a couple hours here and there.

Was a fun experience glad I got to try this, definitely great place for stay at home mums because you have gathering place next door once done here, lots of interactive exhibits my favorite was the ball shooters all of the staff was friendly and courteous. Lots of fun things for kiddos to do and learn in the process.

This was the second time here with my 8 year old and friend. This place is no longer a secret! It was packed full of kids of all ages and day camps. My introverted self had a little anxiety upon walking in, but the boys did not at all seem bothered. I was impressed that the noise level was not unbearable with all of the people. Also, there are so many areas and activities to explore and learn! They found some things they did not see last time and enjoyed revisiting other activities. It was a great time.

Hours of fun for the kiddos! Thank goodness for ASTC membership! Right next to the gathering place. We came here fist till the weather warmed up so we could go to the gathering place. But now I can't get them out of the discovery lab to go there!
