I do not recommend this place, I personally booked here for my xv photos. They had said over the…read morephone to come in at 9 am on May 27th to try on dresses , choose my crown, etc. They did not come in until 10:30 am!!! I didn't get to try on any dress and had to blindly go into a dress. The makeup artist did not follow what I wanted and did my makeup explicitly with things I didn't want. Same idea with the hair , I wanted a completely different hairstyle, and she did my hair so differently I genuinely almost cried. Also , mid-way of her doing my hair she left??? to get starbucks??? UNPROFESSIONAL. Heavily because my mom and I got there early for everyone to come late. After all that happened it was almost 3 pm , which was when my 2 hour photoshoot was booked for. We all left around the same time to the Ashley Castle in Chandler. My mom and I got there almost 20-25 minutes early, and the Wife and Husband didn't get there until 3:20. After my photoshoot they didn't allow me to take any photos with my mom in my dress. Or any photos while I was at it. In their store they had told us "Oh yeah we're not like other businesses, we actually allow our clients to take photos of the dress and after the photoshoot.". Complete lie. I was in the middle of recording a TikTok and the Wife took off/untied my dress without even telling me . I wont lie and say their dresses aren't beautiful. For the price, their work ethic and time management is NOT worth it. ( We paid $3,800 without taxes ) My birthday was yesterday and my mom had previously called 2 weeks ago asking when the album, photos, frame, and video would be ready. They had said that it would all be ready by next week. A week goes by, and 2 days ago they tell my mom "Oh they won't be ready until August 7th" (My birthday) . We all thought "Oh well at-least we're getting them the day of, and not after my big day. Yikes, today is August 8th , still no call , no photos , no video , no album , no frame. Im really disappointed because on socials they seem like a really good business who gets things done. For the girls who aren't having an XV I hope you get a better experience than what I had to go through, but this is really in all my experience and I wouldn't recommend this place .

The color was so ugly and faded, the pages were not centered. You used to be able to come here and print out something really nicely for $1-$2 and it looked great. I will absolutely not be using this again and do not recommend wasting your time coming here even though it advertises having printing services.
