Strack quoted a high end REHEEM multi stage replacement at the lower cost end, of the other two quotes for their lower technical equipment. Installation? Four techs arrived, two inside two outside. One day completion. Modified duct finishing, condensation plumbing, fit - finish inside and out all top shelf and very professional. Additional add on equipment (thermostat, condensation pump and cut off switches) all top of the line. Our power bill reflected and significant drop in cost. Strack - RHEEM quality investment. Honest A/C was very highly rated. Tony did not disappoint. All the reviews were very accurate. He was a little later than he had said he would be but called to keep me updated. When he arrived, he encouraged me to be there while he looked things over and took the time to explain what he was looking for each step of the way. He discovered a small leak in a relief valve, repaired it and topped off the refrigerant. The unit is now cooling properly. The price was very fair and he was only interested in fixing the problem not upselling me parts or services I don't want or need. We will definitely be using Honest A/C again and recommending them to others.
