Too busy to shop on park day so wanted to visit here to get a few basic, memorable souvenirs. It is not that kind of place exactly; however I'll admit I didn't stay long. It was absolutely slammed on a random Thursday at 3pm. I could barely maneuver around the store with so many customers plus employees restocking and the lines were super long. I didn't see anything cute so I decided to bounce! Better to pop by a resort or something else unless you enjoy sifting through random items at a jam packed store. read more

This trip I was very disappointed to see Disney cut the size of this outlet to half the size maybe even less. The selection is obviously a lot smaller. Being hit and miss to begin with my visit this trip was a very big miss and a waste of an outlet trip and valuable vacation time. This is a great idea... older items from Disney at a nice discount! My qualm and reason for three stars? This place gets taken over with EBAYers who ransack the place and bring their whole families to exploit the no more that 10 of each item per person. Last time I came in I wanted to grab just a couple cool things and the store literally had piles of stuff the ladies were buying and putting into giant storage bins (they had at least 10 extra large bins when I walked out). They really should rethink their rule of ten and not allow these groups from doing this. There were a few small children crying as they wanted some of the items these people were grabbing and all I could think was how they are taking these items from these kids to hike the price back up and rip off more people on EBAY. The staff here is so friendly and helpful but even they were annoyed with the rule that allows people to take advantage of them and create a ton of work for them when they already are a busy store. read more

You can find Disney character T-shirts for $10 (though not all of them have been discounted quite so steeply), and you might be lucky enough to find one you like in your size. All of the folks working here are official Disney Cast Members, so they'll be sweet and helpful and point with more than one finger, and almost all of them have pins for trading if you're into that. This is the Big Lots of Disney....that's a great thing! Leave it up to Disney to leave no stone unturned as all their merchandise here are the cast off, discontinued and seasonal items. On any different week the merchandise changes over so you can come back repeatedly and purchase different items. Souvenirs yes, but also clothing for all ages, toys, pins for trading, décor, magic band decorations and more for a fraction of the original cost. Even if you don't need something for yourself there's always that friend that would love something from Disney World. Clean lines, great displays and CMs that are as friendly and helpful as they are in the park. Disney doesn't do anything half way! read more

Not even worth one star. Went Sunday over an hour before closing and was told I cannot enter or be added to the virtual waitlist, even spoke with a manager who said no. With a virtual waitlist, not everyone on the list shows up. Turning customers down even knowing that everyone on the list does not show is horrible service. Decided to come back again Monday afternoon and joined the waitlist. Asked how long the estimated wait was. They said we can't give that information. Almost 2.5 hrs later I received a text saying they are ready BUT only gives you 15 min. So I have to wait almost 2.5hrs but you guys can only wait 15 min. I was nursing my infant at the time and when arrived there 30 min after time (15 min late) I was told I had to rejoin the list. You got to be kidding me! Official Disney Store? Discounted prices up to 70%? Count me in! Now this review is for both stores located off International Dr. (near Universal Studios) and Vineland Ave. (close to Disney Springs). Both of these stores are located in an Orlando Premium Outlet areas and have a good stock of a little bit of everything! Most of the things my girlfriend and I bought were things like dishes with Adventureland themes and shirts that were at least 50% off. If you're not from the area an want to save some money but still get great gifts for friends, co-workers, and family, this is the place to go before spending money at the Disney World Resort. Great thing is, since it's an official Disney store, you can use your magic bands too to pay! Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I wished they had bigger stores so I could splurge some more on these amazing prices. read more

Love! Love! Love! This is so much better than the store at the Vineland Premium Outlets. I find that this particular store has more apparel options than the bigger store a little further South. I also think this store is well organized and easy to navigate. My only complaint is that they do not have dressing rooms to try on the clothes. read more

If you are looking for some reasonably priced Disney items, consider checking this place out. They are conveniently located in the Outlet Shopping center adjacent to the food court. Here you will find that they have a decent selection of toys, t-shirt, mugs, back packs are other logo-ed items that have been discounted. I think that the prices are good (cheap) at least compared to other places that I have been. For example, many of the Disney/Pixar plush animals (under 12" tall) range from $5.99 to $12.99. Each time I've been, the selection is different and the sale out quickly. While they don't have much for adults (maybe a shirt, mug or key chain), you should definitely be able to find something to make the youngsters in your life smile. I don't have much of a rating for customer service - it is neither good nor bad: I've not asked for any assistance yet and the cashiers have been very cordial to me. read more

First day re-opening review. They do have a virtual check-in. This starts around 8:30am. The actual opening is 11am. I "checked in" at 9:45am and got to go in around 1pm. What I found are large groups of professional sellers who stay in the store all morning and buy anything worth reselling. There are no limits, so they grab all the items before they even hit the shelves. I complained to 3 cast members and they understood but basically ignored what was going on. Also complained online to Disney and they replied to call the outlet store. They need to impose an item limit and time allowed in the store. This is the bigger of the two Disney Character Warehouses that I am aware of (readers please feel free to pm me about more!). They have stock in the back as well so if something isn't on the floor or you want more of something there's more of a chance they have than at the other location. You can buy 10 of any item here (they didn't mention this restriction at the other location even though we bough a ton of $1 pins). The workers don't pin trade but the store has a pin board which has some great stuff on it! Be sure to ask about it. They also stick to the 2 pins to trade rule but remember that's per person soooo take advantage of that if you wish. :) read more

Just ok. Left over merch from not popular holidays. 1 rack of pins. I'm sure it changes seasonally. I saw staff picking things up that were left in the wrong place, and the lady behind the counter was friendly. Caution: it is very far from any parking! It is the 3rd lane in the Back next to the food court. Simon Outlet in General: Beware the restrooms in the food court and few and far between in the mall have long lines and are not serviced often. There was no toilet paper in several stalls the one I went into, and water on the seat (I hope) in the one at food court. I didn't see one security person or any one to report it to. There was a security hotline to call if you saw something they needed to see. Also, there are smokers everywhere. read more

If I were you I would pass on this store right now. 3 plus hour wait for the virtual queues at both locations. This was a must do for years but not a the current time. 3 hours when you get to the store 5 mins after opening is crazy. The malls have also reduced places to sit and food service locations so you may be spending 3 hours standing in the sun to save a few dollars. Come on Disney there has to be a better way to do this and still have safe shopping. For the shoppers do you really need everyone in your party to be in the store? You know half the husbands would rather be some place else but are taking a spot for someone who wants to shop. read more

This outlet can be hit and miss at times, it's similar to the other Disney outlet and the merchandise can be dated like actually dated 2017 and include a lot of cruise line merchandise and other odd themed merchandise. Don't expect to find everything your looking for. This is a Disney owned store that is used to eliminate overstock and out dated items. The prices are super good so shopping for those Disney gifts your money will go far here. We just came through to see what the place was about and came out with some bargains. Completely obsessed with this store, you would think that they will have just stuff that they could not sell at regular price, but I promise you that you can find very recent stuff with AMAZING prices. What's not to love about Disney merchandise? If you are a true fan of Disney, but you cannot get money at off trees like a lot of other people (just like me, B R O K E ), then you are going to absolutely love this place. The staff at the store is so nice, and friendly, you could expect them to be kind of grumpy with the amount of people in there, but they are very helpful and super sweet. I am an annual pass holder and i buy their merchandise from shopdisney.com all the time, but waiting in a long line just to get into a store that was so crowded I couldn't move wasn't enjoyable for me at all. I would rather be choosy about what I buy and just purchase less at regular price. We weren't sure what to expect from this location- yes, it's close to disney so maybe it'll have a better selection, but maybe its proximity will also be its demise, and it'll be completely picked over. It was a little bit of both. My sister and I would always stop into other character warehouses before a Disney trip to bulk up on our disney shirts, and usually the boys section lends the best selection. Unfortunately, this location didn't have much of a boys section left... Infants, toddlers, girls, women's, men's - all had a decent product lines, boys had 2012 shirts and a few all star/sports themed shirts. They had some cute princess accessories, goofy gummies and sours at a slightly discounted price, and some food and wine festival leftovers, but I think I'll stick to the ones in south Florida from now on for my needs. However, the discount is a pretty good one, so if you're looking for anything not full price from disney, check them out, the employees are super helpful. read more

If your looking for clothing & kids items, dated items (ex:2013) or even holiday items then swing by. You'll save some money but don't expect bargain basement prices. My recommendation is if you see something you love in the parks get it & don't try to hold out to see if the outlet has it because there is a slim to none chance it will be there. I wouldn't recommend it for gifts either because again most items are kinda unusual or have dates on them, like I saw a bunch of past marathon tshirts there recently. This is a Disney outlet store in a large mall. We stopped by enroute to the airport. This is the equivalent to Nordstrom Rack, Marshall's, Ross, etc. of Disney. Last year's 2014 items, unpopular or ugly Disney items can be found here. There are 1/2 off Disney picture frames but very large sizes making it difficult to carry on a plane. There are Christmas ornaments and a limited amount of pins (July 4th, alphabets - in limited supply). There are regularly priced 2015 items that you'd find at the park. There are limited food items (coconut patties, Mickey shaped cheddar bits, gummy candies,etc.). Jr. Yelper found an odd green colored t shirt for $13 but the most popular sizes are not available unless you are a size XS or XXL. I found a couple of pins I bought for $4-$5 each. Otherwise, don't expect to find a huge bargain or exceptionally nice stuff. read more

Total waste of time. We went to both of these stores in Orlando and were very disappointed. The prices were fine, but there just wasn't anything of interest. Ugly shirts and merchandise for stuff no one recognizes. T-shirts with the previous year printed across them... very few cute items. Mostly loud colors that didn't sell. I'm very disappointed, because we spent our last day of vacation driving two hours round trip and we could have done another activity instead. Amazing place for us! Every time we come to Disney, this is where we buy our shirts, hoodies etc. Why is this the best kept secret? For the Pins!!! My daughters collect pins and we get excellent deals on "retired" or seasonal pins. We actual buy pins to trade because they carry some very inexpensive ones. A must stop, and they are usually open late (sometimes to 11pm!). Definitely worth the trip!! read more

GREAT deals on clothing and merchandise from the parks, and the selection changes often, possibly daily. Lots of collectibles too, some from Disney parks around the world. (Shanghai China stuff is in right now, March 2018) "Only" three stars though because of ONE HUGE drawback with parking. The mall unwisely sells parking in ALL of the up-close lots for $10. This causes MANY cars to constantly drive around looking for free spots to park, and many park illegally, especially in the back of the mall. The drivers become CRAZY like you find in some foreign countries. My advice -- be safe and save your sanity by avoiding all the close-in mall parking lots. Park instead in the farthest EAST lot at the very back of the property and walk an extra 2 minutes. But on weekends, after about 1pm, you should know that ALL parking is full and it can really be a mess. But the savings at the Disney Whse store does make it worth it if you manage the parking issue. read more
