Walking through here it is so nice and we usually come here when it's raining or super hot outside. We always have our dog with us and they are super dog friendly here. The food court has lots of options for good food, fast and not so fast too. Plenty of parking even though it can get crowded. I usually go there when I need to get a specific item. The place itself is clean, I liked that they're not the usually kiosks or sales people trying to sell you things, that's a plus for me when it comes to choosing a mall. I have some places that I like to go there for food, like the Cheesecake Factory and PF Changs. My daughter likes that there's a Claire's, and all the other Claire's around that we know are now closed. They have unique places when it comes to luxury brands, plenty of parking, but in peak season time can get difficult to find a parking close to the entrance. I go sometimes, and meet friends since it's near the touristic/universal studios area. They also have a big Apple store, that occasionally visit.

We were looking the for the Orlando International Premium Outlets down the street, but our GPS sent us here. Unfortunately we didn't realize our error until we already committed a chunk of time here. When we first pulled into the parking lot, we were surprised at how lame the place looked. It comes off like a generic, run down strip mall that you probably have near your hometown, but never gave a seconds thought to. After walking around a bit, it was clear that there were no deals here. The pricing for most items we checked seemed to be on par with what you would pay online, maybe even a bit more. Also, the amount of inventory on hand was either erratic or sparse. In the end, the negative vibe of this place just sucked the energy out of us. We didn't find anything worth buying and it wasn't a pleasant place to walk around. Waste of time. Hopefully we'll make it to the Premium Outlet down the road on the next trip.

Parking is plenty, and most people visit for the restaurants, and of course, Publix. Unfortunately, many restaurants fail within 1 - 3 years, but the current restaurants inside the strip include Marco's, Yami Restaurant, Tacos Andres, and A Brasileria. There is also a pets supermarket and even a liquor store. Taco Bell and Triust are also in this mall. Parking is plentiful, but beware of inconsiderate people parking in the no parking area, especially near restaurants and the liquor store. It's still a decent place for shopping and dining. I also love the AMC and going to VooDoo doughnuts when I'm in the area. It's fun as a standalone trip, or something to do after going to the parks.

I had extremely low expectations…read more Theme Parks have never been my thing typically in the past ... but as the years go by I've been progressively impressed with the varieties of activities, restaurants & entertainment offered by these big megaplexes. I thought that the choices of food was going to be underwhelming .. it wasn't. Truly surprised. Truly impressed. There is something to do for all ages. Remember to wear your MOST comfortable long wearing shoe you have cuz you're going to walk a LOT. You will get your exercise and steps in. Make sure you drink plenty of water& electrolytes... it's stupid hot at these types of places .. yes you can go inside air conditioned buildings to cool off .. but that's only to tempt you to buy things .. lol. Can't believe I was here at Universal City Walk 25 years .., it's only been here for 27 years ... so seeing how this place has matured over the years and how many new options they are putting in place .. Another mall barely hanging on by the life support of an AMC theater. It's still fun to walk around though! The food court has a handful of off brand food spots, but very few name brand spots. I don't recommend this mall for shopping, but for a walk out of the Florida sun, it's decent.

The employees are always pleasant . The value is right !
