The place did have some interesting walkways, including walking from stone to stone, so keep not the best accessibility, but that's a common problem with golf courses now a days. The tee boxes were level and never had any patches or dead grass. The fairways were top tier as well, not a piece of grass out of place in my book. The greens were rolling a little slow, but I think it's because they were watered right before. The bunkers were taken well care of. I'd give it a 10/10 if I got a hole in 1 lol. Views- 8.5/10. I'm a big Disney guy and being on disney property boost this rating up. You see the Polynesian hotel on hole 1, you see the monorail rolling by. You see Tons of wildlife. I saw my first alligator in florida after living here for over a year and a half. I saw the biggest bald eagle too. The views were crazy good. Difficulty- 6.5/10. For being a resort course id say it had its challenges. Definitely watch out for the water holes. Many fairway bunkers so watch out for those. If the greens were running faster this course be way harder, but mostly you use driver off the tee. Hospitality- 8/10. The people were nice at the pro shop, pretty busy in the morning but got check in quickly. They had people taking care of your bags too and they were helpful before and after the round. The starter was very helpful with the course preview. Value- 9.5/10. You're on Disney property. They got money so they have the people to take care of everything. They do a very well kept job as making everything look super green. I paid the Florida resident price and it was $150 I'd pay that price again in a heartbeat. Practice Facility-9/10. They have 2 practice facility. The palm course has its own practice range, but it was closed when I went so I used the other one. They had us hitting off mats but had plenty of room to use the grass when they choose to hit off the grass. Free range balls as well. The putting green is incredible. They have a mini 18 hole course putting course you can play. The green were a little faster then they were on the course but thats okay. Location- 9.5/10. Like i've been saying it's on disney property. Its right across from the Polynesian hotel and just a monorail ride to Magic Kingdom. You cant go wrong anywhere! Design- 8.5/10. I liked the resort design. You go getable par 4's. You got different options off the tee, so you don't have to hit driver every time. You go through the wetlands of florida, and i'm there for it. Atmosphere- 7/10. The "magic" was there from the mickey mouse tee boxes to the detail on the tees as well it was awesome. I played with 2 guys that work at disney so it was cool to chat with them. The pace of play was super good. For how busy Disney can get, we never really had to wait on people. Food- N/A. I didn't get food but I did get a double shot transfusion and it hit! They told me they did not believe me that my husband and son were in there and caused a scene! The most ridiculous thing I've ever seen here. We were just here a few months ago and did not have this problem. I feel like they were being very racist because they let a whole black family of kids very younger come in and never even question them, but then the white people come in and give us a hard time. It's not a black-and-white thing but they made it that way and my family is actually half black ... their behavior was ridiculous. He actually told me that I need to go watch my kids. you've been coming here for seven years. I've never experienced anything like this. My mom was actually the first owner of F12 unit left her thumb to treat us like this was absolutely unacceptable.

NO carts in the parking lot. East check in and they give you a slip of paper to give to the Cart Crew as they load your clubs. MUST know that if you want range balls, but them in the ProShop, you get a small bucket for $10 bucks and its got about 60 balls. Generally there will be balls left on the range so I would recommend you skip buying the range balls and just plan to chip & putt until you see balls left on the range. They like to keep the pace of play so check in with the starter at the first tee to start. There is a fair amount of water but this is a GREAT value for the money and you'll find great conditions for the most part. The greens were only a little splotchy. When you finish your round, return your cart where you picked it up and the Cart Crew will ride you into the parking lot to deliver your bags for you, tip expected and Rich was fine and friendly on both days Michelle and I played here. The Carts have NO GPS which was great! No restrictions for Par 3 holes and you can get very close to the greens and the tee box. Easily play in 2 hours but it IS JUST NINE holes. They advertise it as an 18 hole course but it's only 9 holes and they want you to play a seperate set of tees the second time around to make it look like you're playing an 18 hole course. It's a fun/good course and great value.

Pace of play was solid, even considering Cart Path Only due to all the rain they've received over the past couple weeks, but that's really not their fault. The conditions are nearly immaculate even with the rain. There's maintenance folks doing work all over the place and it really shows! They have everything you need in the clubhouse along with sale prices on some cool gear (Adidas and FJ to name a few)! Overall, a top spot in the area and I see why they have the ratings they do. The resort has so much to offer, including a gorgeous golf course, a volleyball court, and three swimming areas. When we first arrived, we spent some time walking around the property and taking in everything. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. The location is also a huge plus. It's not far from Universal Studios, and if you don't have a car, an Uber or Lyft is an easy and inexpensive option. There are several restaurants on the property. The food was decent, although the prices were a little high--which I guess is to be expected at a hotel resort. One of my favorite surprises was the 24-hour shopping area on the ground floor near the pool. It was so convenient because they had pretty much anything you could need during your stay. And the pizza there was actually really good! Our room was clean, smelled fresh, and was perfectly fine for what we needed. Nothing over-the-top, but comfortable and well maintained. The staff, however, really stood out. Everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made the stay even better. Overall, I would definitely stay here again, especially if we're taking another cruise out of Orlando. It's a convenient location, beautiful property, friendly staff, and a great place to spend a night or two before your cruise.

The girl at the front counter was so rude for no reason. I was kind and pleasant to her. She never looked up from whatever she was doing. Mumbled as she spoke. And it wasn't just a one-off. She did this on both of my visits (Monday and Thursday). Also, the starters were rude. One of them yelled at my father-in-law because he was told to start by one of the cart boys because the starter wasn't at his station. Seemed like he was high as a kite or lost. The two stars are for the course and because I enjoyed playing, otherwise it would be a 1-star review. You will have a better time if you can avoid interacting with the staff as much as possible.
