Disappointing is an understatement. The store is 92% size XS-M, 7% size L, and 1% size XL. I'm not exaggerating. Now, from an unbiased standpoint, the shop has a lot of great women's clothing, gifts, candles, accessories, and children's clothing. The prices aren't cheap so be prepared, but the items are unique.

I find that, not only are they often higher priced than Amazon or the cosmetic stores, but all too often they are defective, and can't be used. It is a complete waste of money, as Rack will not accept it for return, even if you literally just bought it, only to find, say, the pump straw completely missing from a pump dispenser product, so it is impossible to use. Spend the time to get all hair and beauty products at Sephora or Ulta, where they will accept a return if the product is defective.
