I needed to buy sports bra's. I have never buyer them. But most importantly I was not able to look for the right size, color and to find them. But most of all, I had issues to find things due to my broken left arm and even my fingers on the left arm are not functioning. I needed help with a woman who personally asked me if i needed help with anything! And i told YES, asked her for her name. She said her name was POOJA. She went right to assist me and she was very friendly, personal and in 10 minutes she helped me find what I needed. Update: Although I was denied returns of defective beauty and/or hair products in the past, I was contacted by someone from this store after I posted my review, saying they would accept the return of the defective product. I took it in, and they did accept it for return. Consequently, I have changed my review rating. I enjoy shopping here in general, so I appreciate that. Original review: While I do like this store for good prices on good brands, I would caution anyone to not consider buying any of their hair or cosmetic products. I find that, not only are they often higher priced than Amazon or the cosmetic stores, but all too often they are defective, and can't be used. It is a complete waste of money, as Rack will not accept it for return, even if you literally just bought it, only to find, say, the pump straw completely missing from a pump dispenser product, so it is impossible to use. Spend the time to get all hair and beauty products at Sephora or Ulta, where they will accept a return if the product is defective. read more

There is no cell service in this store!! Now that that is out of the way, Nordstom Rack is a great place to shop. I was needing to refresh my wardrobe, and got a variety of business casual tops and skirts. For the quality, the prices were amazing - around $20-25 per piece. I love the cleaned up and classic style without being too trendy. This is also my favorite place to shop for high quality name brand kids' shoes at discounted prices. Great finds on our shopping experience (Sat. noon 2/3/18). However it took us close to 2 hours, from finding what we wanted to trying things on in the fitting room. I do have to give KUDOS to the fitting room attendants, they made the process easy and hassle free. On the other hand, the only reason I am giving this specific location a 3 stars versus 5, is because the store is not well organized. They have way too many clothes all in one rack and it was like that they put the whole store. Their shoe selection was pretty impressive and I did find 2 pairs of shoes that I am quite happy with. One pair that I bough are, gold Athletic Shoes with a wedge by ASH Prince Bis Wilde/Old Fashional style (please see photo). They are $271.00 on eBay and I found them here for $119.00. The second pair I found are some cute booties by Rag & Bone NY for $189.00 (reg $595.00) They are white woven Italian leather bootie with a nice heal, so comfy and very stylish! Neiman Marcus had them in the summer for $595.00 and NOW they are at $238.00 still a BARGAIN at Nordstrom's for $$189.97.00. I also found a pair of Jeans by Democracy with "Ab" Technology for $39.97 (reg.$68.00) and a few items. However, I would rather pay full price for clothing than to get a headache going thru their unorganized racks of clothes. I would only come back here for their shoes and skip their clothing racks. Sak's Off 5th have a better floor plan for clothes than this location. read more

This location has a decent selection of shoes, especially under clearance, but other than that, nothing else was particularly spectacular. Smaller floor space and with far fewer items than the Nordstrom Rack on Preston, it didn't take me long to look through everything. I love going here. The place is decently organized. Clothes aren't strewn all over the place like the one on Preston. They have a good selection of designers too! You can return things from online, purchased in store and purchases from Nordstrom if you don't want to battle mall parking! There's always a line at checkout but it never takes long. I hate to leave a bad review but I'm am beyond upset with this store right now. I shop here and Nordstrom's almost weekly. Today, I get here at 3:52. Now, it's 6:55pm and I'm leaving. I always shop 1st & at the very end, I try on all the clothing I find. About 6:18pm I texted my husband that I was going to the dressing room. I made several trips to & from my cart from the dressing room, leaving what I wanted in the cart. I also, had jewelry, candles, scarves & cooking ware besides clothing. On my last trip from the dressing room I'm heading to my cart to put the last of what I tried on that I wanted so I can hurry and head to register to leave. I come back out to my buggy and my buggy is completely GONE. GONE! My buggy was literally right in front of the dressing room workers that have seen me come in & out of the dressing room each time. HOURS of shopping & trying on clothing and it's all gone. I ask for the manager but that really didn't do any help. I had to help go through things to try to find all of my stuff. Finally, thinking I might have found everything I realized I have stuff in my cart that I didn't pick out and stuff still missing. At this point, I just grab what I really want and check out to leave. The lady at the register(I think her name is Esther) was VERY NICE & apolitical. She said she even seen me when she came into work. She's was way nicer then the manager that was not. The manager was very short with me & made it seem like it wasn't a big deal at all. I couldn't find employees anywhere except for behind the cash register. And since we're on the topic...ugh. There was one person in line in front of me and only two registers open. Nice selection of sunglasses I am not the person who frequently writes a review on the department store because a department store is a department store which doesn't need any specific descriptions. However, this is the best I've tempted to write one. It was on Wednesday evening, our family visited this store, needing dress shirts for my family with a baby, 16 month old. As we strolled down the aisles. It was clean, neat, tidy,,spacious to get through every aisle with the baby in a stroller, and nice collections of clothes, shoes, yoga pants, and sunglasses. Actually I've never expected that there's many fine brands sunglasses in this store. But this store had variety of sunglasses such as Gucci, Tomford, Versace, Rayban. All of them looked very stylish, brand new, half prices. Even though I am so picky to buy sunglasses because I have my own style to fit my eyes, many of them looked shiny and edges. That's why my daughter and I played fun, trying different one in front of three security guards who might focus on shop lifters who would be tempted to steal high prices tag sunglasses. We got lots of stuffs: three dress shirts, baby shoes, a hat, Gucci sunglasses in reasonable prices and the staffs were very nice and efficient. After I got home I threw away all of my old sunglasses and kept these in with overjoy. read more

Wow! Service here has really slipped. I placed an order online for pick up at Stonebriar and they split the order into two shipments and I had to call numerous times before it all got together so I could pick up. Only one time did I get someone who spoke English and was helpful, even though there was an inexplicable mess up with my delivery notification that he could not remedy. The other times I called I got somebody who barely spoke English, had extended hold periods and the rep was anything but service-minded. I have since learned they now outsource their customer service so that explains why there IS no customer service anymore. It used to be such a pleasure to shop at Nordstroms and I did not mind paying for the high service shopping experience. When I finally got sick of the run-around and just asked for the store manager he was an old-school Nordstroms professional and got everything worked out in former Nordstroms style. Even still, I doubt I will be shopping here again. One great manager can't overcome bad decision making at the corporate level. First, a little background--I LOVE shoes. On most days, I build my outfit from feet up. As they say, "Shoe Love is True Love." I used to buy most of my shoes from Nordstrom, but ever since I discovered Nordstrom Rack about 6 years ago, I've switched over to buying shoes at the Rack. Basically, as far as I can tell, the good majority of the shoes are transferred from Nordstrom and are heavily discounted because they are anywhere from last season or a few seasons back. For the most part, you can just go down the row(s) labelled with your size and browse and try on shoes to your heart's content. As with most retail stores, it can get crowded on the weekends. I try not to shop on the weekends to avoid the crowds, but it was Clear The Rack (CTR), where you get an extra percentage off red-tagged clearance items. Must. Check. Out. Sale. NOW. On a Saturday afternoon (2/17/18), I was at the Frisco Rack during CTR. As expected, the store was buzzing with throngs of people zig-zagging around. After surveying the wall of size 10 shoes, I honed in on these grey suede sandals. OMG WHUT?? rag & bone for about $100, regular price $450--SOLD!! But wait, there was only 1 left shoe in the box... I scanned the floor space by size 10, then went over to size 9.5, 9, and 8.5--no mate in sight. *Slight Panic starting to set in.* A lady in the green uniform walked by, and I asked her for help. She looked diligently rows after rows for 10-15 minutes, even checked the back room and dressing rooms. Meanwhile I scoured the rows from the other side. When we met back somewhere in the middle, she was apologetic and said that she couldn't find the mate. I thanked her for her help. Sure, these were the perfectly neutral sandals that also happen to swaddle my feet in complete comfort at a great price--also known as the impossible trifecta in my book. But whatever, there will be "other" shoes... Well, at least that's what I said to reason with the crybaby in my head. Feeling slightly defeated, I went back to browsing for "other" shoes when I noticed another associate combing the racks again with the one lone shoe that I handed over just minutes ago. After speaking with Dan, he said that they have to find the mate anyways (whether or not a customer is intending on purchasing). Dan and another associate, Jalen, both combed through the racks again. Lo and behold, double the man power, Jalen found the mate hiding somewhere around the size 5 rack. They presented me with both sandals and asked if I still wanted them. Urhmmmm, did you guys really not see me shadowing you? Bahaha... I thanked both Jalen and Dan multiple times, and told Jalen that he should buy a lotto ticket ASAP since he bested an impossible odds and found a needle in a haystack, or literally ONE shoe amongst thousands. This location FAR EXCEEDED any Nordstrom Rack or any retail grand opening weekend I've ever visited. I've been to my fair share of shopping retail stores and Nordstrom racks in Chicago and Dfw and tended to avoid them. Although you can find good stuff there I've always felt like it was A rummage sale where I've spent hours digging through bins looking for a deal. I'm giving it 5 stars because I'm impressed. No rummage sale at this location. The store was packed on Saturday yet the displays were laid out so everyone could still shop comfortable. I hate crowds. But this store didn't feel crowded even with hundreds of people in the store. The racks were all very neat even with a ton of shoppers in the store! And the staff there was amazing. I wish I got their names. All fantastic. I was greeted immediately when I entered, a young lady who was organizing the racks helped me shop by making cute suggestions, the lady in the dressing room was so sweet and helpful from The moment I entered the dressing room she made sure my cart was safe while I tried on clothes and she greeted me again when I exited. The woman who checked me out in the express checkout was awesome too! This store should get free lunch for their successful opening weekend. This store should be the model for all other Nordstrom racks to follow. Great job! read more

I couldn't make it to the grand opening, but this place just opened last week and looks beautiful on the outside and inside! It's definitely a lot more spacious than other locations I have been to, which makes the experience so much more enjoyable. Even with people lugging their carts around and randomly parking them in between racks (I'm completely guilty), there's still plenty of space to maneuver. I was looking at this velvet dress and was approached by the most friendly sales associate ever. She asked me if I wanted to see other similar dresses and some other clothing items of the same material and genuinely seemed so excited about them saying they were just put them out the day before and how wonderful the material is. She found me later on the other side of the store and followed up about whether or not I found the dresses and let me know she was available near the back of the store to check me out whenever I was ready. I spent about $60 and got 3 really cute items. Two of which were on clearance - the third item was a thin sweater with a pleated collar and a chiffon layer at the bottom that I justified buying because it was work-appropriate lol. This location has a lot of great items and also some designer row ones as well since this is in a nicer area. read more

I shop Nordstrom Rack regularly. I had a bad experience doing Black Friday. I returned a dress with the receipt but was told the tag on the dress and the receipt didn't much the dress. The manager was called and he searched the dress like I had put the tags on another dress. He told the clerk to go ahead and return it. I was very frustrated. Word of advice check your receipts. It was their error. That said I glad I return since the dress was a cheaper dress than what was on the tag. Although I was mad I still purchased a purse after the return. read more
