But a few times the employee needed to ask the owner a question about a different size, etc. The owner really acted like it was a burden to have to answer these questions. I was told by both of them a few times that they were named number one business for 17 years in a row, or something like that. That's a terrific honor, but I did not feel like the customer service lived up to what I was hoping for.
