The owner on the phone told me too bad I am not his customer so there is nothing he can do. Yet he collects money from the instructor and I go to his studio for classes. The studio needs to take responsibility for allowing shady instructors to promote themselves at this studio. The owner kept saying I am not his customer yet I go to his studio for classes and socials. I won't go there again.

It would soon be known to me that amongst that group included the instructor herself, Ilsa. It wasn't until 0605 that the doors opened, to which we were not checked in formally, not greeted, and watched as the group recalled stories such as kid's birthday parties or true crime stories (as per the instructor, she had personally shared an anecdote of a baby being killed or cut out of a mother). I am so disappointed in this studio. We had to leave around 15 minutes in due to everyone just talking and not receiving clear instructions. The instructor herself was yawning, sitting down, and not really teaching. I felt as if we weren't even meant to be there. Not to mention, the reformers were extremely old and lowkey disgusting.
