One of our new favorites. Great ambience, good drinks, cold beer and great service. Go see Ramon at the bar, has a great personality and makes everyone feel welcome.

During the day it's a fun relaxed place to drink and play pool. At night it's more of a party atmosphere since it's right next to Southern Nights. Bartenders always make sure my drink is never empty, which I appreciate! It's kind of my new hangout spot now

This was my first time coming To this bar and it was very welcoming. I was carded at the door, and at the time i came it was very dead. Only a two or three other parties when we arrived. I was quickly served and checked on regularly throughout my visit. I hit this bar in an effort to complete the local 'milk district's beer week bingo game! It was a fun excuse to try to this local bar i hadn't had the chance to catch yet. The bartender was friendly, and there was onsite parking in order to get to the bar easily. If you are a sports person, there are MANY televisions as pictured in my photos, and the customers coming in were wearing jerseys of football teams so I imagine this caters to the sports crowd, especially in its location. There are bathrooms and a cute light decal In the hallway of the bathrooms that would make for a cute photo moment. Overall the vibe was nice and the drinks were reasonably priced, looking forward to visiting this bar again!

I was so happy to come out and celebrate my friend visiting from NYC, but the bartender Anthony kinda ruined my vibe tonight! I found out it was 2-4-1 drinks so I was like "yay! Let me get my friends drinks then". We both ordered Tito's singles, (never do a double at a gay bar)! Anthony seemed pre-occupied a lot by a group of gays that clearly was his friends, and was doing shots with them. Hey! I'm all for a good time, but ya gotta balance time and make sure everyone is helped. After 6 drinks total, 2-4-1 drinks, I get my bill which was almost $52 dollars. The math just didn't seem to add up, so I asked Anthony what was the reason for the price, if we got 2-4-1 special. He said I've been pouring you doubles all night. 1) I asked for a singles specifically 2) I always ask for diet cola on the side cause I'm a light weight 3) just because your friends were getting doubles, that's not what I asked for. The one thing I absolutely hate about bars is the feeling of being ripped off by bartenders. I'm not a big drinker but I always tip generously cause I'm in the industry too. I felt like I was completely ripped off by Anthony, and his response was "oh sorry", as he went back to socialize with his friends. I still tipped Anthony, but I wont go back to him again. I will go to Tish or Juan, someone I can at-least feel some kind of trust.

Perfect place to grab some drinks and relax. Not the typical dark bar with nothing to do, the walls are covered in graffiti art posters, celebrity mug shots and just damn good photos. Pool, shuffle board, pinballs and all the TVs will keep anyone entertained. If that's not enough, their bar next door will certainly entertain you.

Upon arrival, it was quite impressive. Once I began to eat it, it steadily progressed to average. The impressive looking jumbo leg quarter was over cooked, dried out, and somehow had very little edible meat. The quantity stacked on the massive and slightly chewy ciabatta, was also just really difficult to eat. althoigh the flavors were actually good, the hot honey was more sweet than hot. There was really no discernible spice. What was left when I was done could only be described as the carnage of mild disappointment. The roasted carrots I chose instead of fries stole the show, they were excellent! I would strongly recommend the chef rethinks this sandwich. All that said, I do genuinely like the place. I've also had the deviled eggs which were great, the pickle patch is a great fried app, and the egg salad on the rice cake thing is brilliant and tasty, but just ask your server for a description, it's NOT what you think! The only other issue is parking, which makes this a difficult destination spot, but I don't think there is much they can do about that. I will reiterate that the staff is great, the bar is generally a nice place with rotating beers and specials, and although the Southern heat is a 6/10 at best, the place in general is an 8/10 and worth a visit!

Outpost is one of my favorite  places to eat downtown. I recently stopped by with my best friend…read more  I always get the fish fry. The fish fry comes with catfish, hushpuppies, cole slaw, and fried okra. The fish is always seasoned and crispy. I opted for fries instead of okra this time.  My hushpuppies were a little hard but everything else made up for it.  My go to drink is the Mai Tai.  This time I also tried The Swirl. It was good! I now have another favorite drink! .Sean was our waiter. He was so friendly, attentive, and personable. He made us laugh everytime he came to our table.  Finding a parking spot can be a little challenging since this is right across the street from Lake Eola. Thats no deal breaker for me. The service is fast, employees are friendly, and the food is good! This place is a vibe!
