Instructor and classmates were also very welcoming and she has a very cheap first class introductory price. The space is small but not cramped. Sometimes classes are held outside on the porch which is Beautiful. Class times are actually convenient for those of us who work 9-5. They also offer a stretch class for those who may not be up to *yoga* yet or those who are injured. I would definitely say try Willow Tree Yoga!

Too many cons at this particular location to keep paying well over $200 for 8 classes a month. Most…read moreof the instructors are pretty ok. My biggest complaint is about the women who attend the classes. Many of whom are well over 60. They tend to hang around before and after class talking to each other which is fine if they weren't in the way of those of us who need to get to a reformer. And as if that weren't enough, they become disruptive during class by either texting on their phones or Apple Watches or talking to each other, interrupting the class. So rude. And of course the instructors won't say anything to stop this. Then there is the fact that once you join pilates, the date you actually join is your payment date moving forward and you won't be able to push a class past that day. Meaning, you'll lose any day you don't use a class cause you won't be able to move said class to another day. A complete waste of time and money. Not worth it. I do not recommend.

I remember being exhausted, laughing uncontrollably into my mat as she hovered above the ground with a foot behind her head, incessantly jibing us to man up and follow suit... Anyone who raises the bar in such a way is worth spending time with. Personally, pertaining though not limited to my asana practice, my ability and resolve has been both tried and nourished through Bonnie's guidance. It's refreshing to have found a teacher who not only shares her love of the practice but also herself with her students. I'm grateful for the time spent with Bonnie both on and off the mat and would like to thank her for being a constant source of support and compassion. Came here for the first time to experience a hypno-meditation in the salt cave. The cave was…read moreamazing! The pictures don't do it justice. What a beautiful space to relax and get grounded. The event was great. The staff was informative and attentive, especially knowing it was my first time. I was welcomed with some hot tea. Restrooms were clean. Gift shop has a lot of cool holistic stuff, like stones, salt (duh!), candles, teas, etc. I plan on coming back. I left feeling so refreshed!

The rooms are calm, clean and smell wonderful. She uses sound and different oils for calming and peace. I'm glad to be able to go there for relaxation and stretching/breathing when I need it.
