Too many cons at this particular location to keep paying well over $200 for 8 classes a month. Most of the instructors are pretty ok. My biggest complaint is about the women who attend the classes. Many of whom are well over 60. They tend to hang around before and after class talking to each other which is fine if they weren't in the way of those of us who need to get to a reformer. And as if that weren't enough, they become disruptive during class by either texting on their phones or Apple Watches or talking to each other, interrupting the class. So rude. And of course the instructors won't say anything to stop this. Then there is the fact that once you join pilates, the date you actually join is your payment date moving forward and you won't be able to push a class past that day. Meaning, you'll lose any day you don't use a class cause you won't be able to move said class to another day. A complete waste of time and money. Not worth it. I do not recommend. read more

The worst sales experience ever. I went in to inquire about classes and the associate was on the phone. When she hung up, she was giggling uncontrollably, so unprofessional. Then I asked what the equipment was, what did they do and she answered, "a lot". read more

So I can't speak to the classes at Club Pilates because I would NEVER take a class there after dealing with their staff. The staff has been rude and condescending when I have called and were less than helpful regarding my questions and concerns. As someone who has worked at a fitness studio and taken many other fitness classes, I know customers often feel anxious about taking a new class or understanding the policies and procedures of corporate memberships--- at the very least costumers and potential costumers should be treated with civility and kindness. read more

LOVE LOVE LOVE Club Pilates. The trainers are amazing and the classes are fun. I would have given this review 5 stars, except for the fact that Linda (the owner) is VERY VERY nasty and will loose alot of customers this way. They dont have any classes after 7pm (so if you work till 6:30pm you can't make it to any classes during the week). Classes on the weekends are SO limited. 80% of the time if you call, theres no one at the front desk to answer the call. You dont get a call back for days if you leave a voicemail. I think they have to became way more organized and change the way that they are doing things. read more

I joined Club Pilates looking for an adjunct to the workout I already do. I found the classes to be just ok. Nothing to justify the prices I was paying. Since I had signed up with an introductory rate I was told i could not cancel within the 3 month period or I would be charged a $100 cancellation fee. So I paid $87 a month for the 3 months (even though the last month I did not attend one class) and then called to cancel. I was told I would still be charged the cancellation fee without giving 30 days notice. This was never told to me upon signing up. They said it was in the contract we sign( which is on the computer screen in the front lobby as someone explains each page of what ur signing says). I spoke to the manager who eventually said she may be able to waive the fee but had to clear it with the owner. I then was told that I was going to be charged the cancellation fee and when I asked for the contact information of the owner I did not receive a reply. Not a great way to go about making money. I have spoken to others who have been unhappy with this studio. With this type of ownership I cant imagine they stay around too long. read more
