My daughter got married on August 31st 2018. I was truly disappointed with the service we had…read more First of all the day of the wedding I had to send my daughter the bride in an Uber to get to Jericho terrace, The driver picked up the groomsmen around 4:10 p.m. he dropped the guys off and had to return to Jericho terrace it took him over 40 minutes to get back to Westbury now I am very understanding when it comes time to traffic etc. but he took local roads. At 5:00 p.m. when the driver did not return I had to send my daughter the Bride in a uber with three of the bridesmaids to get there on time. Finally the driver came back and me the mother of the bride and the other bridesmaids got into the limo, I told the driver specifically after you drop us off I need you to return to the hotel and pick up any other guests that might be there and that did not get on the hotel shuttle bus, please call me when you get there he even had my cell number he quoted it back to me. Well I never received a phone call that he arrived back at the hotel to check if I had any other guests waiting my family was there waiting until 5:45 p.m and he still did not return or call me. At the end of the night he was waiting for us and proceeds to tell me the limo we paid for was in an accident and we only have SUV, that was a little upsetting that there are no other limos available, I told him to take 4 of the guest back to the hotel first because we were still packing up and not ready to leave, he left with the guests and never came back nor did he call me to see if we needed more rides, my daughter the bride and a few bridesmaid had to take an Uber back to the hotel because the shuttle bus did not have enough room. Thank god we did have the shuttle bus or over 20 people would of been stranded. We paid for a total of five hours of limo service and if we had that limo or SUV an entire 1.5 hrs that is a lot which I know we did not have the limo even that long. I cannot believe we paid $600 plus for a service that did not deliver and the driver never once called me to confirm pick ups or drop offs and to see if I needed anything else, It was not my responsibility on such a hectic day to chase him down. On top of that I sent them an email on Tuesday and they have yet to respond or apologize
