I've been here a few times and my problem with this place is you have to be VERY specific in telling them what you want or you'll be very unhappy. I have very thin sensitive skin and they seem to want to take the hair off as fast as possible and they end up cutting me! Also, this last time I went, I forgot to mention I had been growing my brows out and wanted them left thicker and when she was done I hardly had any brows left at all!! It took me three months to grow them out to where I wanted and now they are barely a few hairs thick. Not only that, she plucked them really far back from my nose on the right and left the left brow where it should be. AND they are not the same thickness and are uneven on my face...the left one being too high. WTF?!? Three months of unruly grow out and I have to start all over again. In addition to all of this, one time I let them do my upper lip and it was swollen for an entire week. The only thing they do right is my chin, hence the extra star in my rating. Needless to say, I WON'T be going back. Good thing too, because they just raised their prices. read more

Rupa is the only good technician here and the front desk girls are always rude. It's a clean and nice interior, but wait is usually long. The other two technicians take a long time for just eyebrows. My daughter came here to have her eyebrows threaded. The shape of her eyebrows turned out nice, but the person who threaded them pinched the folds of her eyelids not once, not twice, but three times to the point that she bled. Eyebrow threading is painful enough as it is, the threaders need to be more cautious and further their training to avoid incidents such as this. read more

This was the first place I've ever got my eyebrows threaded, and while there are cheaper means around Las Vegas to get them done... this location will always have a fond place in my heart! The threaders here are very accurate with shaping your eyebrows to the angles you want them to be. If it's your first time getting them threaded, you'll be provided a little survey like card to fill out showing how much you want taken off, how thin/thick you want them to be, and what specific shape you would like them as. For first timers, they make you feel comfortable and explain the routine of how eyebrow threading works. This location is fairly busy, and the inside decor is fashioned in a very cliche salon like style, but that isn't to say it doesn't look nice! This place sucks. Or at least the woman I got. I just moved here and was looking for a place to get my eyebrows threaded. I like mine thick and just asked for them to be cleaned up. I literally have eyebrows the size of tiny worms. I'm so pissed. Just got them done today and when I looked in the mirror they looked small, but I was in such disbelief that I left quietly, even leaving her a tip. BIg mistake because as soon as I got to my car I realized how small they were. Thanks so much for ruining the next two months of my life. Guess I'm going to have to grow them out Groucho Marx style. What a cute, clean, trendy, fun threading salon. You don't get the impression that they just moved into the space last week and furnished the spot with extra, older items from home. Lounge music even played in the background. Rupa was gentle in her technique (as gentle as one can be when tugging hair forcibly out of the follicle - sometimes considered foul play in pro sports, no?). Any way, it's $2 more than the average eyebrow threading, but you can purchase a Yelp voucher to compensate for that and pay the same price as most places. read more

I walked in here after my usual treading place didn't show up for opening. :( I found them on Yelp and man I could not be more pleased! I can in no problem and was quickly sat with Ruba. She was amazing, I asked her to make my eyebrows a little thinner and more arch, showed her a picture of my favorite eyebrows. She did exactly what I asked! And typically you can tell if a threader is a good, on how much pain you are in she was soooo quick and less pain then I have ever been in. She is great! Will def be going back. read more

Quick, simple, and decently priced, what's not to love? Always without an appointment, I am seated within ten minutes at most. The women behind the threads are amazing - so sweet, skilled and swift. However, most times, they will not ask you what you want with your eyebrows. Be sure to tell them how you like your arches or what not - otherwise, it's literally all in their hands. The price? 11 for eyebrows, 15 for most packages. However, the key is to befriend Diva on Facebook. Usually, they are running some sort of special - Mondays and Tuesdays? Eight dollars for eyebrows. I was very hesitant on trying threading my brows as I heard it was very painful. I decided to give threading a try because I haven't had great waxing experiences recently. 2 weeks ago, I got my brows waxed and spent $30 and she waxed too much off one brow and I cried! Never again!!!! There is nothing worse than having uneven brows AND over paying and getting ripped off! OK, so I decided to try Diva Beauty because I'm new to the Vegas area and I based my decision off of yelp reviews. So glad I did! I walked in and was seen right away- they don't take appointments. The girl I saw was very experienced, quick, extremely thourough, and it didn't hurt AT ALL! This hurt much less than waxing! And, my brows are clean and even.... This was my first time at this location and I have to say, I was very disappointed with the actual threading job. However I am giving this score because of the great customer service, the presentation of the shop, cleanliness and professionalism. In short, my brows do not look good. One side is significantly thinner, and it is missing a chunk of hair from the top of the arch. My hair is red, and it seemed kind of dimly lit in there, so I'm not sure if she could see well enough. I myself have a hard time seeing the finished product, so I took a quick look in the mirror, said thank you, paid and left. When I got in my car I checked out my brows again (because the lighting is always best in the car for some reason) and I was very disheartened with what I saw. I knew it would be a disservice to myself and the business if I didn't go back in and let them know how I truly felt. So I walked back in and very politely told them that this was uncomfortable for me, but that I was not satisfied with my service today. The ladies at the front desk, very nicely, offered several times for me to have a different artist to take a look and see if they could even them out. But my brows were thin enough as they were and I really didn't want them to take any more off. They offered me a free session for next time, but you know, when these things happen it leaves a bad taste in your mouth, and you don't exactly want to come back when you've had a bad experience. I asked if there was anything else they could do. The owner was called and she authorized a return of my sale, but I had to ask for the tip to also be refunded. Is that wrong? This is harsh but, she didn't do a great job and I didn't believe she earned a tip. Anyway, they were very accommodating and because they refunded me in the end, I am giving 4 stars and I would go back and give them another chance. I guess I will just be very specific about not taking too much off the first round, do a check, and then go back for more if need be (that's what my regular place does). read more

To be honest this place is clean but if you want your eyebrows looking nice and not messed up DO NOT GO HERE. They will barely listen to what you want. My first two times I came were good but the more I kept going the more uneven and thin my eyebrows became. I kept wanting to give Meena a chance so I always told her "please don't make them thin" and I would come out looking terrible. Also they have this every 6 visits you get a free brow thread but I've been there 8 times and I even let Meena know that I've been here more than 6 times because I kept track and she still wouldn't let me get the free deal. I usually go to a threading place on rainbow, but decided to give this place a try because it's closer to me, there were plenty of great reviews on yelp and I was doing some shopping in the area. I shouldve just drove to my usual place. Rupa was my threadist. I told her I just wanted a clean-up and to NOT make my eyebrows look thin and I pointed to parts on my eyebrows that I was trying to grow out. She said ok which I assumed she understood me, but when I left and peeked at my brows in my car, they were pencil thin!!!!! And all the places i was trying to regrow were gone!!!! Now I have to regrow them! Ugh!! Not only that, but I have plenty of cuts all over my brows and lip where she threaded. To top it off, she took alcohol soaked cottonballs and pressed it right over my cuts!! Ummm super ouch!!! Please, please, please consider not coming here. If not, you have been warned! read more

I have been coming to Diva's for a while. But it's been a while since I last been here due to my last experience. I ended up getting my brows threaded and the lady who usually did my brows ended up leaving cuts under my brows and above. There were little cuts on both side of my face it took a week or so it completely go away which it did scab but no scars. I decided to come back and try here again, but a different person. I love the location cause it's next to Target, Ulta and bath and body works - EVERY WOMENS SHOPPING NEEDS! I was checked in and waited about 5-7 minutes till it was my turn. I ended up having Rupa and this was my first time having her thread my brows. She took her time and she the threading pressure wasn't bad at all. A little tip before getting your face or brows threaded, don't drink caffeine before it - just like waxing you'll be sensitive and to some the threading feeling may be uncomfortable. I was hesitant in trying out this place but eyebrows needed some grooming. I've always had a bad experience when it came to threading since everywhere I've gone to they've almost always want to take my entire brows off. I go in and I come out with the thinnest brows. I believe the lady who did my eyebrows here was Mina. She did such a great job and kept it real natural and did not thin my brows out. I definitely will keep going back. Mina is off on Mondays they also have an early bird special I believe from Sunday - Thursdays before 12pm for $10 and your 5th visit is free. read more

Busy on the weekends, so don't show up at 1pm on a Saturday expecting no wait. The service is great! I never even had my eyebrows done until I tried this for my wedding. Now I am hooked! My eyes are my best feature, and the threading here makes my brows the perfect frame! My brows always look natural and groomed. I have even had compliments from my prettiest fashion savvy friends. It's not very painful, but my eyes always tear up a lot during the threading, so I recommend showing up without eye makeup if you can help it. Totally worth $11! (You need to tip, too!) I havent been to this location for years...and after today I remember why. Im giving 2 stars because this place is very clean and the receptionist was great. Otherwise, I actually had the same threader as I did a few years back. Couldn't remember why I didnt come back until I had the same experience again!! She pulled my hairs in such small strokes, like 4 at a time. It was painful. I left with very red skin and had small cuts on my left eye. She didnt, even out the ends, so immediately when I got to my car I fixed it. She also threaded part of my hairline, without consent. The last time I was here..same thing. My face was cut, and she threaded my outer cheek which made me red for weeks. I hate this place. Forgot to mention..it was sooo HOT in this place. Totally uncomfortable. Not sure why the good reviews. Obviously these ladies havent experienced a real eyebrow boutique experience. Ps. They charge more. Would never recommend!!!!!!! read more

Waxing is for the birds! When I was first introduced to threading I hesitated a bit as I have never heard or seen this type of hair removal...but to my surprise it was less painful than waxing, and lasted twice as long! About 3 months ago while getting a pedi, I over heard a girl talking about eyebrow threading and this new place called Diva by Target. As soon as my session was over I hurried to the location and felt at home. The music is cool and upbeat. The staff is sweet and helpful. And my thread tech is the absoulute best!
