Went back not even 24 hours later for them to fix, and they say if o want them to redo I am gonna have to pay! Umm no TF I'm not! You're going to fix them! They fix for free polish fine, but the nails are even more crooked than before! I had to fix them when I got home. They are ridiculous and I will never go back! I did check out the reviews on many places before choosing this place and specifically requested Phoebe because I read reviews on pedicures that said she was good along with a few others and she was available. I visit my mom frequently in Vegas and we like to get pedicures when I come. I wasn't that impressed with the last place we went to when I was here a few months ago. The attention and time spend on my massage was perfect which is very important to me. I was also happy to see they have different discounts on certain days and today happened to be a discount for my profession! I have seen Miley three times now, my fourth time will be Friday! I love all of the color options at this salon. You could get as creative or basic as you want. the only downside is most of the cooler/trendy color options are an uncharge. I went for a classic pedicure; online it is listed as 35 minutes. My service was over within 15 minutes, the tech cut my nails with a trimmer and never once filed them, leaving sharp edges and inconsistent shaping. I understand that classic nail polish requires drying, but I stayed and had them dry for more than a half hour and avoided wearing socks or closed toe shoes for 24 hours. My service was on Thursday and as of last night, Saturday, I have 3 toes that are already chipped. I have not done anything that would warrant this. I called regarding the lackluster service I experienced and was told that since they have a 7-day guarantee, I can come in to get my nails fixed free of charge, while noting that I probably didn't wait long enough for them to dry (I did, the tech came over and confirmed my nails were dry by touching them), and that I should basically expect these to continue to chip since they're not gel. I've been getting pedicures for 20+ years and have had plenty of occasions where my regular nail polish service has lasted more than 2 weeks without chipping. It's apparent to me that I've been brushed off and no real solution is available, as if it is my fault that the nails have chipped. I asked about upgrading to gel polish and paying some sort of difference (since this regular polish pedicure was $38 and took 15 minutes max) and was told that I could have a gel polish change for $38 with 15% off. Insane. I genuinely don't even want to go back for my "free" fix that likely won't last even 5 days due to this experience. Consider going elsewhere if you're trying to get a pedicure service that lives up to its description and leaves you with the peace of mind that your nails won't look horrible in less than 72 hours. read more
