I was pleasantly surprised when I called and got a real person on the first call; Donna and I spoke about our pets our specific needs and when we were going away and set up a meeting with Donna, my husband and myself. She arrived at the meeting on time and well prepared with all of their information and appropriate forms to gather ours. We booked services and as the date approached and we called to confirm everything was in order. Near the end of our vacation my mother-in-law passed away making it necessary for us to reroute our trip and extend our time away by five days and then we had t drive back to St Petersburg because of the impending hurricane.
