I hadn't had my nails done in 2 years. With Hashimoto I decided I might as well go back to having them done. 4 weeks ago I go in here and the older lady does new, acrylic nails. She uses white polish. Not what I asked for. Ok. I leave and start looking at my nails. They are literally crooked on the ends. 2 of them break off. Acrylic nails are literally the strongest. I get on FB and get several references. I'm at Albertsons today shopping and it's so easy to cross the street to get my nails done. I tell them they're getting 1 more chance, show them how crooked they are and they're like oh we'll fix them. They cut off the nails and start all over. A different girl does them. I keep telling her they are too thick. They are literally square and sharp at the corners. Can you round them out. I'm there for over 2 hours, she has an appointment that's been waiting an hour. I hate the nails. I have troll nails. I don't even let her finish them I'm done. I go up and ask how much. She didn't buff them, smooth them or add top coat. But they're going to put the top coat on. No I don't want anything else done I'm leaving. How much. $55. WHAT. I didn't ask you to cut them off and start over. That's $30 for a fill. If you don't like them we're not going to ask you to pay. No I don't like them. Every finger thinks it's hump day cause they are so thick. But hey they're not crooked. I give the girl $15 as a tip. I then drive to the nail bar in Hudson Oaks and they thin them out, fix 3 nails that the French tip looked like crap and filed the sharp corners off. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE!!!!! Sorry, I don't have pics of them as I went straight to the nail bar in Hudson Oaks as there's no way I'd go to work with my nails looking like that. While getting my pedicure done I was cute twice while the technician was trying to cut my cuticles to the point where one didn't stop bleeding for 10 minutes. Then the technician kept squeezing the shit out of my toe to get the bleeding to stop. Only got a gel manicure and pedicure and it was $100. Crazy overpriced. Especially after getting cut up so many times. Never again. read more

Quick and friendly customer service! I was in and out within a little over an hour - I got the pearl manicure with dip + pearl pedicure. I do think the manicure could've been a little more precise but it didn't feel rushed and I'm overall happy with how my nails came out. Everyone was very polite and accommodating. My daughter and i went to get our nails done, 1st was a descent experience, no issues, 2nd visit not so great, the lady doing my daughters nails argued with her about the color she chose, said "it's too light for you", and wouldn't do that color, when my daughter decided she would change (even though she didn't want to), she asked her to do pink & white, the lady told her " i don't do pink & white, you'll have to wait for someone else, but it was getting close to closing time, so my daughter had to pick a color she really didn't want. We waited over an hour to be helped after we had previously scheduled our 11:30 appointment. One of the ladies set us to soak for well over 30 minutes and made us wipe off our own paint/acrylic. Then another lady finally came to do our nails and filed the rest of the acrylic off while repeatedly cutting our hands after we said they were hurting us. Then proceeded to cut us with multiple other files and ignore our complaints that they were hurting us. I've been doing my nails for 35 years so I've been to a lot of salons... Pro & Spa nails was OK as far as cleanliness, but it doesn't have all the bells and whistles other salons do. 1) color selection is very limited and doesn't how have what most shops have. 2) My pedicure was minimal, hardly any massaging, rubbing or any effort and after she was done, I pointed out that I still had rough heels, and could she please smooth them down and she said I'd have to come back "several times" to do that. 3) After the girl put red gel on my nails I noticed red powder on my skin... I asked her if she could remove that and she said I have to go home and wash my hands... I asked if she could use polish remover or something to get it off and she said "look at my hands I have the same thing... You'll just have to wash them" Literally, no effort to fix the red stain on my fingers. 4) staff is pleasant but continue to mutter remarks to each other under their breath while working on me 5) compared to other/better salons with better service in the Weatherford area... 10/10 best nail service I've ever had. Best nail spa in Weatherford. Everyone was so sweet and helpful, offering drinks and lovely compliments. My family was serviced just as well as I was. I came in with a worn out set and two very broken nails, one of my nail beds are completely cracked in half so I was nervous about having them more damaged. Kent did my nails, I've never had someone be so gentle and precise with my nails. He payed attention to every little detail and if it wasn't perfect he'd not continue until he fixed it. He didn't cut my cuticles at all and made sure everything he did was what I wanted. I ended up paying for someone else's nails as well and they were very helpful with that. I 100% recommend going here to anyone. Make sure and leave them a tip or a review they deserve it. read more

I usually never do reviews like ever but this place was so unorganized and so nasty and rude it's ridiculous. First while getting my pedicure done the lady poked three toes and I started bleeding from them and I seen her look turn around and start talking bout me . Also my friend was getting her nails done the lady when trimming kept hurting her and my friend would say ouch and she just kept going not even acknowledging the problem ... but that's not the worst part while my friend was getting her nails done the guy picked up a cricket and put it in the lady who was doing her nails box with all the nail polish and stuff in them and they were laughing about it like it was ok as well he took it out but was just walking around in it ... I wouldn't recommend this place what so ever read more

I scheduled an appointment the day before for my husband and I to get a pedicure. We arrived early about 15-20 minutes. I did this to assure them we'd be there at the SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. When we arrived I was told by one of the gals that they are busy. I said, "that's great but I have an appointment!" 4:00! She said again we're very busy, you can see... "yes I see, but I came into your shop yesterday and scheduled an appointment. She said , "we'll see if we can do it." At 4:00 she cane over and said she she would not be able to do it at 4 o'clock I then explained to her that I had an appointment I rushed over from Granbury to pick up my granddaughter and bring her there and my husband dropped everything he had to do to make this appointment. And by the way I will not be returning to this shot because I think that was just poor customer service. We're new to Texas and I understand that they just want people whoever's there in front of their face to be there customer but I don't think they should take customers as scheduled appointments and then treat them like this either. I will not return to the shop And unfortunately you will not get a good recommendation for me and usually it's a satisfied customer will tell 20 people as I've already done read more

I like this place. Under new management and they have made some real improvements. More pedi chairs,new pedi chairs with better technology, very good nail techs, more choices for pedis. I can't speak for the manicures or nails and stuff as I don't do those but I really enjoy my pedi when I go in. Also, this location is very handy for me with plenty of easy parking. This salon has the best customer service I've ever experienced at a nail salon. I was greeted immediately, I let them know I was there for a pedicure, he prepared my seat right away while I picked out a color. I was offered a drink and the pedicure menu as soon as I sat down. Complimentary wine, the massage chair was amazing, and the pedicure was the best I've gotten in town. They DO NOT rush. They take their time so you are getting your money's worth! Made an appointment for a dip at 10:00 am. Started at 11:00........ had the foil on to remove my last dip so I didn't have the option of rescheduling by the time I realized they were going to be so late...said their car didn't start and that's why they were late- but they all walked in with Starbucks so obviously getting to work on time and other people's days don't matter to them. This business is under new management, and it is the best nail salon I have ever visited in Weatherford. I love that they are easy on my natural nails. I am not a fan of having my natural nails ground down at every visit. They allow the old to soak off without the damaging grinding to remove old polish. I also noticed at some other places do not take the polish to the back edge of my nail, so I need a new set in under two weeks. My nails last a solid three weeks when done here, and mine are very fast-growing. Tiffany is my favorite technician​. My nails are always absolutely perfect. I do not go with time limits because they do a thorough and relaxing job on my mani-pedi, so I am not super-uptight about scheduling. I do spend over an hour at each visit because I do the full spa treatment. I have been to other places that feel like they rush. Rather than a nice spa-day, it feels like a cattle prodding, and my nails are never as beautiful. I am not a fan. If you are in a hurry, I recommend you call ahead and let them know you are coming. They do tend to get busy. Bonus: Tiffany is friendly and conversational. You never feel like anyone is talking about you or worse complaining about you right in your presence. I don't often get my nails or toes done but every couple months I treat myself with a pedicure and today was definitely a treat. I was greeted immediately once I walked in the door by I'm guessing the owner or manager don. I sat down for my pedicure and the tech was super sweet and even conversated with me and I saw that all the other customers seemed very happy and even thanked them by there first names which made me think they are regulars that really like this salon. All in all this was a very relaxing experience and I think this is gonna be my new spot for sure read more

WORST NAIL SALON EVER!!!!!! I told them I have acrylics with a gel top coat and I asked for a color change, instead the lady took all my acrylics off and then she said she doesn't know how to put acrylics back on so the owner said he would put them back on for me after he got done with a client. 30 minutes to almost an hour later I still didn't have my nails done.
