Love that they have colorful, vibrant choices that can be matched with many accessories(belts, purses, necklaces and earrings sets, sunglasses) and shoes also available at the store. Store attendants are very friendly and will set up a dressing room for you to try their clothes. If you like something at the store and they are not carrying the size at the moment they will search and order it for you or find out what other location carries it and put it on hold for two days. I really liked this store's customer service and their products.

They had a promotion for $2 each sale item, and buy 3 get the 4th item free for the entire store. Most items are in pristine condition, you still have to dig around and hunt for gems. Also, they buy items from you and give a pretty good price from what I hear. I was talking to someone who came to sell. I really love this place and stop by when I have free time. It's fun because the inventory always changes and it feels like you have to go frequently so you get the best selection on new items.

I believe that the business has gotten so big that it has become disorganized and disconnected. For example, I made an order and planned to pick it up. When I went to the store to pick it up, I was told that it had been shipped instead. A week went by and nothing. I reached out to the business and got no response for 3 days. Finally, they responded and said it hasn't been shipped yet but will be. I waited another week and heard nothing again. I reached out again, and this time it took even longer. At this point, they said it would be shipped again. Three days later, I got my package, but it was missing one item. I messaged again, and at this point they told me they had lost the item. I definitely feel that if I hadn't been persistent, my order never would have arrived and no one would have ever told me about my "lost" item. When I attempted to express my disappointment, I got an insincere apology, and they were completely fine when I said I was questioning continuing business with them. We had planned for a week to have my consigned items picked up, and now, at 7:45 the night before, they are telling me I cannot come. I highly do not recommend doing business with First Dibs. They do not communicate, they are dishonest, and they are not genuine.
