When I went in the woman cutting my hair was not young and not friendly. She cut uneven bangs, my curtain bangs were thin and whispy previously but this woman had include much more hair and made them choppy. I dont recommend bangs from this place.

I cannot recommend Danielle P enough, I've probably forwarded about 15-20 other girls to her. She listens to what you want and makes it happen while still protecting the integrity of your hair. While your hair is processing she constantly checks up on it and explains what she's doing. She's also knows how to make different colors/shades that complement your skin tone to make you literally glow when you're finished. Danielle is a perfectionist and will make sure your hair is flawless before you leave her chair. During my last appointment she fully toned my hair 3 separate times to get the perfect silvery white blonde that I had wanted and also managed to carefully remove all of the pink from my hair that she had done a few months ago. When I had my pink hair, she mixed me up a conditioner with my color in it to take home to use when my hair started to fade (which was maybe a month and a half later). She has colored and toned my clip in extensions to match my hair perfectly, and eventually helped me pick out, toned and installed my tape in extensions (she even offered to go with me on her day off to the beauty store to get the best extensions). I always trust Danielle with my hair and after every appointment I'm even more happy than my last--she's passionate about what she does and it really shows! My hair despite all I put it through is the healthiest it's ever been and people constantly comment on how healthy it looks and feels. Her schedule fills up fast and usually appointments need to be made a month in advance but it's well worth the wait. The girls who work at the front desk and at the hair washing sinks are always really sweet and helpful as well. Carissa gives an amazing blowout that could honestly probably last you 3 weeks if you wanted it to. All of the girls here are really cool and fun to talk with, and are always almost as excited as I am to see my hair all finished. I've been going to Lulu's for years and couldn't imagine going anywhere else!

She asked a question about her hair, yet they made her wait nearly an hour before anyone actually helped her. He was super outgoing and easy to talk to, and I ended up telling him about my hair color issues. My hair has been the same color…read moresince November and when I came on August 20th when asked what I wanted to do I asked to keep it the same. Instead my color was changed without my consent. I had a bright pink color and it is now a deep bold red. After we bleached and rinsed my roots and I was told to go back to the chair I saw RED dye in the bowl and I distinctly remembered the die looked like a darkish pink purple when it went on my hair so when I asked why there's red in the bowl. I was told there isn't red. That is just what the dye looks like. Then as she put it on my hair i again asked questions cause it didn't look right. It looked dark and red. She told me it's just going to look like a darkish magenta until it is washed and dried. I was lied to each time I asked a question even by the girl who washed my hair. The second I went to look in the mirror I said. "This isn't the color." To which once again I was dismissed. I politely paid and said it looked good because I wanted to wait til it was dry to see if she was telling the truth. She didn't. She put red in my hair. Changed the hair dye. Everything. And didn't consult me or ask me if it's okay. And refuses to pay me back the money I paid for it. This is the second time she had done this to me. I asked for purple years ago and she once again put in a red based color. I will never go back there again. My trust has been broken and she refuses to admit her mistake of return the $160 I gave her.

I made an appointment and sent my staff to bring her and I couldn't believe how awful this haircut was. Instead of a smiling happy confident resident she was silent crying in the van on the way back asking the other kids for help because she has prom and is mortified of her new awful haircut. we have to take her somewhere else now to fix it. I'm so beyond disappointed in this hair salon because I was told they rushed and seemed like they were too busy even though we had an appointment. It might " just be a haircut" for some but for this young person it was a day she was looking forward to and patiently waiting for so she can look her best for prom and instead she left feeling insecure and like she didn't matter because the person doing her hair rushed her out and didn't even care that she left with frizzy uneven hair. please do better you never know whose in your chair and what being at a salon and getting a haircut meant to them.
