I joined 2022 and it's been on decline even though they purchased new equipment. Half the members left when Crunch opened, but i stayed. I cancelled my membership last month and card linked to account because i heard he continue billing, which they did. I cancelled 2 days after my bimonthly payment of 32.50 and 30 days later i have emails saying i owe $113.98. They refuse to close account balance and will send me to collections.
