Scam. Very rude employees. Cost more than other programs. Check around and go elsewhere. Absolutely horrible and disrespectful employees.

My grandma is old, doesn't speak English and is on heavy meds so she's not coherent and they took full advantage. The staff is rude and is very selective about who they greet or assist. Physical therapist refused to give a recommendation for a motorized wheelchair with no reason provided. She was sent to the ER the one day I had an appointment for my mom with no notice and I fully believe it's because they didn't want to deal with her anymore. When we returned from the hospital they neglected her wound and my many requests to get assistance. A nurse even told my mother when she was here to watch my grandma that she wasn't "our slave" and she doesn't need us to tell her how to do her job when we asked her to change the dressing and even the translator was appalled. Worst facility and experience ever! I had to quit my job just to make sure she's okay and I can't imagine what would've happened if I wasn't here. Made a very stressful situation that much worse. It's very much just a job/routine for them and they run it that way. With the exception of Dr. Aslan and our case manager Rita. The nursing staff is the worst!

My experience at Sovereign Rehab was excellent! I felt like I was going to visit family each time I went, and the rehab was made fun by the atmosphere created. There were people there of different ages and different ailments, and each therapist works with each other for a more complete goal towards independence. My therapist, Zach Hollis, was very knowledgeable in not only my tibia/fibula break, but also medical conditions that could have hindered my success in independence. He wasn't afraid to say if he didn't know the answer to a question (which I appreciated his honesty!) and would either look it up or ask another therapist. He made me enjoy coming, was encouraging, down to earth, yet challenged me to work hard. He also was willing to think outside the box for new ways for me to get better. Loved everyone who works there, and they seriously are so proud of you that it makes you not want to leave once you are discharged! Great experience, and if I ever need physical therapy again, I will choose - and recommend - Sovereign Rehabilitation!

I decided to give Sovereign a try because of a rave review from a friend. I was not disappointed! Erica took the time to discuss with me all of my complaints and created a plan specific to my needs! No other place I've been to has ever done that! I was so impressed. She gave me things to do at home and in the course of twice a week for 13 weeks I improved so much! Yes, 13 weeks sounds like a very long time, my initial RX was for 4 weeks, but I was so happy with my amount of improvemended I asked the Dr. for another RX! That's how much I LOVE this place. It was worth every penny of reaching my deductible to continue to be treated here. I've gotten to know most of the Therapists here and adored all of them, they love what they do and it shows. If you've given up on PT, try this place, I bet you won't be disappointed!

Yea I will never drink again not because they helped me at all but because I never want to be subjected to what I was put through here or be in such environment ever again in my entire life. To keep it short I was subjected to emotional and verbal abuse and threats, and se**al harassment and harassment by BOTH the STAFF and two patients here. I won't go into much detail because I am not ready to talk about it. This place is a living h*ll. They did nothing to alleviate my concerns even though I made them aware of them and made it seem like I was the problem I was not in real life I'm very likable and have many people who want to be around me. Don't file a grievance here they will retaliate and make your stay as uncomfortable as possible also they won't do anything about it, instead file one with the state. They gossip bad the staff it's like a high school drama in this place. Beware of Isis she is one of the counselors she will tell other patients and staff your business and complain about you to them but never to your face. She is the definition of messyyyy and a l*ar. She will neglect your needs twist your words and instigate issues between you and other staff and patients. All while judging you even though she has only spoke to you once... If you have health problems or special needs don't go here they won't accommodate you, rather they'll make you feel like a burden. The food they serve here is very unhealthy, so unhealthy to the point I had to buy my own. Meds and property ended up missing upon my discharge and while I was in there. Then miraculously appeared. I counted my pills I brought and 6 pills of one of them are missing.... Some of the nurses and techs are nice that's about it. Needless to say just stay far away from this place if you can. Excuse my typos. The deleted this off Google too.

With our son living in Ohio, we desperately tried to find him a place to go for detox and rehab to no avail. After numerous calls, no return calls and doors shutting in our face we were faced with the reality that we had to get him out of Ohio. We used to live in Atlanta and had heard of Anchor Sober Living through community contacts. We talked with them and made a plan to get our son on a plane to Atlanta. Chris from Anchor Sober Living met him at the airport, took him to detox for 5 nights then into Anchor for a safe house and their program. That was 9 months ago. He is still living at Anchor, sober, accountable, in the 12 step program, working full time, helping others and has found God. We are truly grateful for what Anchor Sober Living has done for all the men who have been living in this sober living environment. Some make it a new life style, others may not; it's up to you. But Anchor encourages you, holds you accountable, builds you up, bonds you with others like yourself and most of all gives you a safe place to live to rebuild your new life! Our son now calls Georgia his home. Thank you Anchor Sober Living!

The Rehab division where they work out the patients both in Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy should be more aggressive. Patients are there to get stronger so they can return home but putting pegs in a container and using an extender grabber is only effective for a warm up. PT needs to get patients up and walking throughout the day. Literally, a rotation of a few nurses or aides coming by to pick up the patient to walk the hall is a more practical exercise than a sitting bicycle for 10 minutes, etc. A patient will typically try to get out of PT and OT and if the patient is truly ill or unable at that moment, OK, go get another patient and come back to that one later. Often PT or OT would come get mom before her breakfast (and she is a severe Diabetic) which would put her in for a whole day of sickness! A little planning or earlier breakfast would be more appropriate! Food (rated a 5 out of 10) is not served in consideration of a Diabetic patient in particular. They rely on the patient to "do the right thing" and eat what they should eat according to their own health issues. Most don't bother to do that. A menu repertoire of only about 8-10 entrees come around way too often. Patient-requested favorites come pretty regularly. Medicines are doled out at a dizzying rate and many are added at the whim of attending physicians, via phone mostly. I had to ween my mom off (literally) a couple DOZEN meds once she got home! You MUST be an advocate and EVER-PRESENT voice and watchful eye when your loved one is in there or any others for that matter!
