I've taken 2 cars to him - But he made mistakes, was not truthful, waterlogged the insulation of my BMW, damaged my WPF (heat etched) during tint installation on my GX, said he would replace it and didn't, and in so doing wasted a lot of my time. I wrote a 1 star review - but truthfully that doesn't reflect his skill in tinting. It reflects his mistakes and short comings, which I hope he learned from. I erased my 1 star review and giving him 5 stars with the hope that he doesn't repeat the mistakes. Im still not happy with what was done to my WPF. It was $350 of damage. Most detailers would have just taken the car at the first available opening -- Robert clearly puts quality ahead of his convenience and profit. As for the results, the job is perfect.
