Very kind people who are passionate about what they do! I drove almost 4 hours there and 4 hours back from Southwest Florida just to get my wedding dresses cleaned with them. They are truly the best. I looked at every bridal dress cleaner and preserver in the state and they had all wonderful reviews and I just knew I had to get it done with them. It's a bit more expensive but 100% well worth it especially when you read some of the horror story reviews other places have. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my special custom dresses, and you shouldn't either! It's something you can never replace so why take the risk. I'm glad I didn't. They even kept in contact with me throughout the entire process and sent me before and after photos and videos. The preservation boxes they come in have a little clear window so I can look at my beautiful clean dresses anytime I want! They got every single stain out, and it rained on my wedding day and my wedding ceremony dress that I took photos in was too big and heavy to have a bustle put in so it got dragged around in the mud and was very dirty on the bottom. We also travel a lot so I wasn't able to make it in for about 8 months, I can't believe they were still able to get everything out after all that time. These people are very very good at what they do, and are friendly, kind, and professional. They have clearly mastered the process of cleaning a wedding dress--you wouldn't believe the stains they got out of mine! I was married in Florida one or two weekends before the pandemic hit there, so almost a year ago. In addition to the typical dirt on the bottom of my dress, I had something much more challenging. Due to blisters on my feet opening up and bleeding during the wedding reception, I had many blood stains mixed in with the dirt and grime (sorry for the graphic info, but I know I'm not alone here!). After the wedding, I went back to my home in North Carolina and left my dress behind at my dad's house in Florida--so my dress stayed dirty and bloodstained for a whole year. I recently had to go to Florida to see family and decided it was finally time to take care of the situation. I researched cleaners all over Orlando, and even looked for places up in NC, too. After my wedding I was in need of getting my dress preserved and I found this company through Google. I am so happy that I found them because their service has been nothing but exceptional! I worked with Meena by phone since I live all the way on the other side of town. I had my dress and accessories shipped to their cleaners and they took care of the rest for me. They took the time on a Sunday to hand deliver my dress to me seeing that I have a baby and it was hard for me to drive all the way out to pick it up. The dress and accessories came out so clean and perfect after having an outdoor wedding which really roughened up my dress. I am absolutely blown away at how incredibly my gown looks! I knew it was dirty after a long day but the pictures they sent showed just how dirty it actually had become. It's amazing how beautiful my dress looks! Like most brides I spent a few thousand on my gown and I wanted to make sure it was preserved so I could hopefully pass it down. This business did a fantastic job of restoring my wedding dress to its original beauty! I did not immediately get my dress cleaned after my wedding, but after having a baby girl 10 months later I decided that I wanted to preserve my dress for the future just in case. While taking newborn photos of my daughter laying on my dress (Pinterest inspired), there was an unfortunate potty incident that landed my dress stained worse than it was before. I had the most beautiful destination wedding but like most brides my dress was extremely dirty and in need of preservation after the wedding. Hesitant on who to use, I looked around and found that they had extremely high reviews. However I was saddened because I didn't live nearby but really wanted to use them to preserve my dress. I was very nervous because my wedding dress had a lot of material and extra glitter fabric throughout. These ladies are miracle workers! After my wedding 18 months ago, I packed up my dress and truthfully forgot about it. Until one day when I came across it again and was so sad to see all the dirt stains on the intricate lace train as well as some other stains on the bodice. I had my wedding dress preserved and was so pleased with the results! This was the same dress my grandmother and mother wore on their wedding days so my dress was 60+ years old so already had some wear to it. I was very hesitant to bring in such an old dress but they handled my dress beautifully! When they were done, my dress was good as new and preserved in a beautiful box. We drove over an hour to bring my dress here, and I am so glad we did. My daughters gown was the Disney Aurora gown with many customizations so it is irreplaceable. It is a large ball down with many many beautiful layers of tule and a long train. Avalon Cleaners did an absolutely beautiful job preserving her gown! It comes beautifully packaged in a gorgeous box with a window. It is displayed prettier than we expected! I went to Avalon Park Cleaners and was thrilled to learn that not only did they clean gowns, they specialize in cleaning, repairing and preserving wedding and evening gowns.
