During our appointment, we were shown our scalps (with sebum and other fun cloggy bits) close up with a camera, then helped into a spa bed with weighted blankets and heated eye masks. Our scalps, shoulders, and arms were gently and skillfully scrubbed, washed, massaged, and warmed with heated towels. Everything smelled lovely. But we made a appointment. They massaged for 20 minutes then ended our massage because they had another client.
