The relaxation from the floating service with something I've never experienced before. Just peace. It was lovely.

This is a brand new facility with great staff and a high end setup. The infrared sauna is fantastic. Everything it is a private room.

I've done both an infrared sauna and red light at other spas but I liked both of these much better.

This was the worst massage I've ever had…read more I booked a massage for myself and I booked a separate one for a family member, as we had been hiking and white water rafting and my normal place was booked. I understand this place is less expensive for a massage versus many other places - But it is not worth it at all. Given the language barrier, the person I got thought it was my first massage but I was saying it was my first time at their establishment. I have had many massages and none as bad as this place. I read the reviews where it was cash only and they expected a large tip and I figured I would come prepared. So I had no issues with the tipping that many other reviewers have mentioned as a negative. That said, the whole place and experience gives the impression they're doing things that they're not supposed to be doing with other clients, if you know what I mean. Thankfully, being a woman, I didn't have to worry about that. All I had to sit through was the worst massage of my life. I left feeling worse than I had walked in Basically lit $260 on fire between the two massages I paid for (and yes, I still gave them their 30% tip as everyone said it was that's what was expected). They clearly are NOT licensed massage therapists. They have no idea what they're doing. The entire atmosphere is the opposite of relaxing. It's extremely uncomfortable. Their signage everywhere saying there's "no sexual activities on the premises". Why the hell would you ever need that sign in a legit place? The entire thing is sketchy. The door is locked when you arrive. There's barely signage outside either. When they first started, they didn't even use lotion. They were trying to massage me through a sheet - which was low thread quality on top of it. And paper over the massage table (which was undersized). It felt like he was trying to rip my skin off. Finally, I mentioned something about utilizing lotion. At which point she started using oils, but she clearly didn't know what she was doing. Used to a deep tissue sports massage, so it's rare I'm uncomfortable, yet she did things that were painful. It was clear to me given the clientele that I saw on my way out what they're actually doing there. I will absolutely never go back. Frankly, I'm shocked they're even still in business I thought I was treating myself and a family member to a nice massage where we were physically active after an adventure vacation. And instead, I walked into a place that should be put out of business.

Sure, you…read morecan get a Groupon here for $55 for a 90-minute massage, but they don't really speak English and they only really seem to know one speed/pressure. Also, don't touch my feet - thanks. No seriously, please don't. I don't have a say in it? Ahhh super.

Booking a massage gets you excited about an approaching hour of bliss. You envision dim lighting,…read morerelaxing aromas, soft candles, and soothing music. You see yourself unclothing in a clean locker room, usually with a bonus steam or sauna room, and partaking in a variety of refreshments like nuts, herbal teas, and dried fruits. You get a nice plushy robe, a pair of slippers and wait until you are called to your room to begin the process. My guess is the Green Life Spa didn't get that memo. On Sat, a friend and I booked an hour massage. We arrived at a parking lot in the middle of an office complex. We walked in and there was a sofa to the left and a small desk in the right corner. We waited about 2 mins and were eventually greeted by a sweet Asian woman who asked us what we wanted. We informed her that we were there for our massage service that we found on Groupon. We were about 15 mins early so she asked us to wait. She walked us through a short hallway draped in what appeared to be a deep purple, crushed velvet material, into a room with two low massage tables and a sofa. The room was dimly light and soothing music was playing so I guess they read that part of the memo- but that's pretty much where it ended. Now let's get one thing straight, we weren't expecting the Four Seasons Spa experience but we could have never prepared for what was coming next. After the lady left the room, my friend suggested we turn on the light and oh that's when we discovered the horror!! First off I don't think they changed the sheets because one if the beds had a huge yellow oil stain and a piece of hair on it. They used paper towels with holes punched in the middle as face covers and there was a folded towel on the bed which we assumed took the place of the blanket that you are usually covered with. We looked under the table and saw two purple buckets -I guess purple is their brand color. Anyway, in one bucket was a bottle of pink lotion with a brown tip and hair on it along with some baby oil in a bottle normally used for cooking oil or sauce. There was hair on that as well. The other bucket had petroleum jelly and a paper towel and both buckets had hair clips. We contemplated just getting a foot massage but the more we sat waiting that even became unappealing. Not to mention communicating the shift in service was impossible. The lady was nice and professional and did try to get some clarity by calling a guy from another location that spoke English but the damage had already been done. We later realized that the plush curtains we walked by earlier separated the other massage "rooms" and after a guy walked in and said "are y'all ready for me" we were done. To top it off, even though we didn't get the service, they immediately redeemed the Groupon. So if you are looking for a relaxing, CLEAN, massage experience, stay away from Green Life Spa- you won't find it there.
