Rude, lack of empathy or any compliance to adhere to pharmacological standards. I always order in advance so I do not run out of this life-saving medication for my pet. I was told to expect about 5 hours of portability using the battery. 52 minutes was the MAX I got. No beach, no shopping and no eating out for me. Thanks to their lies. When I returned the machine I was met with complete indifference. On Friday Jan. 14 I called and asked them to bring tanks because snow was expected over the weekend. She scheduled delivery for MONDAY. I asked about the snow. She said it would be NO PROBLEM to run tanks out in an emergency. She said, "no problem, they'd run tanks out." I left home in an ambulance on Saturday... While being discharged they told me NO loaner air and NO ambulance home. I have always drug a tank with me to the hospital, doctor's office etc. But, I had no tank because the WITCH ON THE PHONE DENIED THEM TO ME. Monday, no tanks. I called. Oh, Sorry - we didn't get an order for tanks. Be there Wednesday. It's WEDNESDAY with another snow of the way and the delivery man calls at the top and says he's not coming down my road. Looks too dangerous. He ended up delivering the tanks to my son-in-law at work who drives a nice fat 4x4 Ram. I love the delivery man. But the office staff - uh, no. 100% incompetent. All of them.

This place did not get to our home before the tank ran out. No other oxygen at all. We live 32 miles from the company and it took them 3 1/2 hours. They did not leave all the supplies. They didn't leave the connectors. The guy was only gone for 10 minutes and when I called a "oncall tech" called me. Now we're on another tank that they left when they dropped off some of the supplies. This is not the first time that this household has had to use them. I have a Cpap with them and they can't get things straight with my supplies. There are only one other company I have a choice to go with and there reviews are no better than this one. I would say not use them but if your like me you're stuck with them.
