One of the best sets of nails I've ever had done! I came in with the picture on the top and got the picture on the bottom! The nails are SO similar and one of the techs explained to me that the clear part of the woman's nails in the picture was from flash. I was SO happy with them before they were halfway done! This place is RACIST. decided to do A walk in to see if they possibly had an opening. immediately when I walked in none of the employees greeted me or said hello. Eventually one of the nail techs said "how can I help you" i told him i wanted to get my nails done and asked if they had an availability. He told me no and that they were booked out all day (mind you this is a Wednesday) and that they are booked out the remaining of the week through the weekend point blank. There was no follow up such as would you like to make an appointment for next week or anything like that. I told them thank you and left. I'm originally from the east coast and have never experienced anything thing like this in my life. usually when I walk into a salon I'm greeted and treat well. The inside of the salon is very clean and chic. I came in on a Monday evening without an appointment and they took me right away. The owner did my gel manicure and did a great job. The whole manicure (gel removal, mani, gel polish, massage) only took around 30 mins and turned out really nicely. He was careful not to shave down my nails when removing the gel. Found this mail salon online and scheduled my first gel nail appointment with them. They actually have the ability to do dip powder nails (which is what I normally have). I am so disappointed and upset with my service at Divine Nail. I did not have an appointment and got right in on a Monday afternoon. I'm proud of my nails and have had many, many compliments by nail techs on how strong and thick they are. My nail are ruined. I was looking for a manicure and have the shellac removed. Amy started the shellac removal with a buffing drill to buff off the top layer so it would be easier for the polish remover to soak in. I've had that done before so this wasn't anything out of the ordinary. I soaked my fingers for about 5 min. Amy must have been in a hurry because when the shellac didn't come off easily, she continued using the buffing drill to take off all the rest of the shellac. She also trimmed my nails with a nail clip. There was no "manicure" and had I not asked her to buff and shine the nail bed, I would have been done. Within 24 hours my nails began splitting and now have two split nails down to the nail bed as well as uneven nail beds. This has never happened to my nails before. I've had to file all my nails completely down and now will try to find a salon to help me salvage my nails. I believe Amy's use of the buffing drill is the culprit for taking off layers of nail. read more

had a full set of nails done which cost me $95.00, within 12hrs one broke off, stopped in for them to glue the nail cuz it broke down in the skin (hurt like hell)! within a time from of about not even 2 weeks 4 more of my $95.00 nails broke off! called to let them know was not happy, all i received was a sorry!!! called back to set up appointment to get the last 5 taken off and redone which didnt have an opening for a few days later. so when i finally got in for my appointment and a new set put on ive had one break already mind you, this set cost another $91.00 with no compensation for the previous nail disaster other then a sorry!!! so needs less to say 5 broken nails $95 & 1 broken nail $91.00, zero compensation other then a sorry!!!!! must need to be young and send pics to someone to get compensation or a free replacement set on a horrible job!!!!!! very very disappointed....... read more
