Huy did an amazing job on my nails! They were able to fit me in the same day I called, which I really appreciated. I wanted something classy with a cute little accent design on my ring fingers. I brought in two pictures -- one to show the shape and color I wanted, and another for the design -- and he worked so hard to give me exactly what I had in mind. He checked in with me multiple times to make sure the shape was just right and even measured them carefully to ensure they matched perfectly on both hands. He was very meticulous and detailed when creating the design, and it truly shows in the final result. On top of that, he was so friendly and professional. I usually don't do reviews because I think it's corney but I feel like I've given this salon so many chances and Im left disappointed every time. My nails are not complicated by any means yet they are never done correctly and if they are done right once the fill will not be. I've requested the same person to do my nails and every time I'm given someone else and the end product is not great. This is not an inexpensive service so paying for an inconsistent and bad job is not ideal. Super disappointing! read more

I had high hopes for this salon when I booked a special birthday pedicure for myself and two friends. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the start. First, they got my name wrong on the booking--not a huge deal, but it didn't inspire confidence. I had made the appointment three weeks in advance, yet I received a call just one hour before our scheduled time telling me we needed to come in at 9 instead of 10, and that they could only take two of us instead of three. When I asked what had happened, I was told, "We tried to call you yesterday," and with some pressing, they vaguely mentioned that someone wasn't able to make it in. That was the extent of the explanation. After all the planning I did on my end with my friends, this last-minute change was incredibly frustrating. To be fair, they did offer a much later appointment, but that didn't work with the rest of our birthday plans. The whole experience fell short of what I had hoped for a special celebration, and I wouldn't feel confident booking here again for anything important. read more

Very disappointed and hurt by my experience here. I went to this salon to get my nails done, and instead of being treated fairly, I was charged more than my cousin who has both hands. I was born with one hand, and they clearly took advantage of that. It felt discriminatory and disrespectful -- no one should be treated differently or charged extra because of a physical difference. I expected kindness and professionalism, but instead I left feeling humiliated and taken advantage of. I hope they learn to treat all customers equally and with compassion. Break down below Cousin's Price Per Finger She has 10 fingers. She paid $45 total. $45 ÷ 10 fingers = $4.50 per finger My Price Per Finger I have 5 fingers. I paid $47 total. $47÷ 5 fingers = $9.40 per finger They charged me almost DOUBLE per finger: *   Cousin: $4.50 per finger *    Me: $9.40 per finger Even if we subtract the French fee ($10), it still doesn't make sense: Without French: $47- $10 = $47 for dip + shape $47 ÷ 5 fingers = $9.40 per finger Still: *    Cousin: $4.50 *    Me: $9.40 still way higher I've NEVER paid more than half . I had to sadly depart from my previous shop - I had been there for years but they started taking advantage of my loyalty and double booking, which is obviously unacceptable (and yes, I tipped QUITE well). Thank goodness I discovered Divine Nails. Kelly is amazing, Lanee (sp?) is wonderful, and B/Peter is a rockstar. The salon is incredibly clean and I continue to enjoy not "having" to go back every 3 weeks because of how incredible the quality is (though I still do!). Highly recommend!! read more

I've been to the salon for a pedicure before and had a great service. Called ahead today for an appointment. Arrived for my pedi appointment a few hours later and was seated by the receptionist at a chair with a liner. Sat there for about 10 minutes until the technician next to me (who was working on her own client) started the water. Asked her when the tech would be with me. She asked questions of her coworkers and then told me who it would be and said he'd be with me in 5 mins. Waited another 10 mins. Nobody talked to me. Saw my assigned tech across the room just start to remove massage cream from the legs of another client so clearly not close to getting to me. He shouted "sorry" across the salon as he saw me leaving. Wish someone had just told me when I arrived that there was no available technician and they needed to rebook me. read more

I travel very often for business and on a recent trip to the area, my work colleague asked me to accompany her to get her nails done. Not only did I feel comfortable here, but I also ended up getting some nail treatment myself all because of the extremely friendly staff! They were so welcoming especially the lovely Kelly who I think is the manager or owner. The salon is spacious, comfortable, well lit and smelled so nice that we didn't want to leave! I just don't get the same treatment in NYC. Wanted to love this place but I didn't have a great first impression. To start- my mom and I made an appointment several days prior, when we arrived, we got seated right away for our pedicures but didn't get seen for 45 MINUTES!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS when a set time was scheduled. The guy kept saying 'we will see you soon' but just put tips on another client so I knew that wasn't very true. I suspect that a used nail file was used on my mom's toes because it already had scratches on it. Those are single use and should be disposed after each client. Gross. Super nice but the prices were high and the standards were really low. The salon was decorated beautifully and all the pedicure chairs are brand new very immaculate. I asked for a French gel manicure, and as hard as the gal tried it was horrible. I asked her to stop and just do the plain base color ending up with nothing of what I really wanted for a party that I was going to. The facility is beautiful and very clean. The nail tech that helped me was gentle, precise, and paid attention to detail. The acrylic is smooth and my nails look very natural. She also took care of my cuticles and I really appreciated that. Not all nail techs do with acrylic. I love my nails and enjoyed the service.
