Went here for a mens pedicure. They did a really nice job and the employees are hilarious. I just got the basic pedicure and Randy went above and beyond what other technicians have done for the usual $25. The foot massage portion was especially nice. So, first off, I love my nails. Got a simple manicure ($15) and pedicure ($25) and they look great. I made a 6pm reservation for a Tuesday after work. I got there about 5mins early and they were busy, but I figured waiting a couple minutes wouldn't be bad. I wasn't seen til 6:30. Granted, they did a great job, I'd hate to have just walked in, because a woman that was there before me, still was there after I left. Probably going right when they open on a weekend next time. I think they could tell I was irritated so I got an extra long foot massage, and they apologized repeatedly. If you don't mind waiting awhile, this is a great place. I chose Divine because it was close, had good reviews, and I trusted the area that it is. What I wasn't prepared for was how amazing the staff was. I made an appointment because I knew they would be busy around the holiday season. I showed up and was right, they were very busy but took me right away which doesn't always happen at other salons even when you have an appointment. Jimmy did a good job on my pedicure which included a leg massage and hot towel which I loved! My toenails looked really good and I appreciated that he took his time. Next I went to Randy to get a full set put on. I am very impressed with him because I just showed him one picture for an example and he did exactly what I wanted! He really took his time to make sure everything was perfect and to my liking! I am overall very pleased with my experience and will definitely be returning! I came here because I wanted to get my nails done for my wedding. Many of the salons I found had bad reviews and this place had more good than bad so I decided to give it a go. Phil and Tiffany are amazing and very supportive of one another's work. Phil did most of the work on my nails and Tiffany did the flowers. They match my wedding theme perfectly! I went around 10am... so there was no wait but they did have some regulars that came in. I can obly speak for Phil and Tiffany but they they were conversational, nice and take pride in their work. I don't get my nails done often but if I weren't going back to Philly I would definitely start and be going to this place. read more

Great pedicure and ok manicure - both gel. Pedicure was very nice and they have the good massaging chairs. The foot scrub was an appropriate amount of pressure and everyone at the salon was very nice. My manicure looks pretty good but it's not the flawless edges that I am used to. I got the manicure on Friday and it's 5 days later - the paint that got on my cuticle is growing out a little and starting to bother me. I'll likely go back for a pedicure because I get those frequently. I'll seek out another spot for manicures which I get much less often. read more

Clean place, competitive prices, good work. However, I was dismayed to be charged an extra $10 for a full-leg wax because I have "large legs." I'm a size 14. I'm not hugely obese although I am always trying to drop a few pounds. However, size 14 isn't huge, it's pretty average. I wonder how many other women who get their nails and pedicured done there, those women who look a lot like I do, get wax done as well? How many of us walk out of there feeling ashamed? Like the salon did us a favor by deigning to touch our excess flesh? Do they go by length? By girth? They sure don't go by the number of strips and wax, because every waxer has her own system and I've been to places that were a LOT faster. If they find their customers are bigger and take more time, they should either raise prices overall, or put up a sign with $60 for small legs and $70 for large legs. I don't mind the assault on my wallet, but I sure do mind the insult to my dignity. None of this "bait & switch" nonsense. Get transparent about your pricing policy, Divine Nails! read more

They are terrible at honoring appointments, however, and the last time they sat me in a chair and left me there with NO explanation for 45 minutes (after I had already waited for an hour). I normally don't write reviews, especially bad ones but I had to after this experience. Hands down the worst nail and wax experience I have EVER had. The nail salon is unsanitary. The towels they use are not washed and you can literally see the dirt on them. The tubs you soak your feet in are dirty! The entire place needs to be cleaned and sanitized. My nail tech did a decent job but I couldn't even relax because I was so disgusted by the tub, towels and everything in the salon. Now for the wax room. It is your typically back room wax area in a nail salon except the bed was covered in wax. She did not even attempt to put a clean towel down or change the sheets. I wanted to get my underarm area waxed which I have done a million times (never at this location) and I was desperate so I decided to have her do it. Not only did she make me bleed but she didn't even get all the hair out. I would give this salon ZERO stars if I could. It is not clean and there is no way their waxing station, bed, tubs or anything in the salon is sanitary. When I came home my husband was so appalled that my underarms were bleeding he took a picture and told me I had to write a review to warn other customers. read more

First visit. Having a recent acrylic set that was put on by another salon fixed. Met Jimmy as soon as I entered. He was able to clean up, reduce the bulk to normal nail quality. Watching him work was fascinating, he has an absolute artist quality in the way he shapes the nails. I have sensitive fingers and he was able to work without sending my nerves over the edge. A fill was $18 but it was a few dollars more after all the reshaping, which was a really fair price. I got coffin shape and it was done perfectly!
