I came here because a previous chiropractor did some damage with the gimicky aggressive "adjustments". Dr. Sawhney's approach is much more scientific. Unlike all the quack out there, He actually takes X-rays before he works on your body. Computerized alignment is much longer process but it is worth it to eliminate the risk of having your nervous system permanently destroyed by a quack. After about 30 sessions, we looked at my X-rays I was visibly able to see more spacing between disks on my spine that were previously compressed. Nice office staff too by the way. I recently visited Divine Spine in Orange Hills. I wasn't sure what to expect, being a natural skeptic. Joanne was friendly and greeted me warmly at the front desk. When I scheduled my appointment I received a message that allowed me to take care of all the necessary documents and information online. After I was checked in I had a short wait before my actual scheduled time, but wasn't bad at all. I met Dr. Ajay after watching a short video and he was pleasant and professional and answered any questions I had. I have worked in health care for over 20 years, specifically in surgery, and have heard the nay sayings from many medical doctors (surgeons) in regards to other types of treatments, especially chiropractic therapy. I can tell you this, most doctors I have worked with have spoken pessimisticly of any other form of care other than their own. I have seen first-hand Spine surgery. It is not for the faint of heart. I know it is the last, last resort. I have tried all forms of treatment for my neck and back discomfort, including acupuncture, physical therapy, even traditional chiropractic treatment and injections. After my initial treatment yesterday I woke up with fewer aches and pains, and my ritual morning walk with the dogs was actually a pleasant experience. It's only been one session, so I'm still apprehensive, but I am filled with hope for the first time in a long time. I will keep you all updated. read more

I saw the social media ad for a free consultation and first visit for free. I inquired about it and set up an appointment with them. I arrived and was greeted by the front officer person. I was lead to a exam room, she played a video of the business and common back issues. I waited just a short time and Dr. Sawhney came in. I told him my concerns and what I needed to be seen for. We talked for a good while and he explained what he does and how the practice can help with those needs. He did a quick exam and explained that to really know what was going on he would like to take a full panel of X-rays and the cost would be $87. I was open to having them but was not expecting any cost on the first visit with the free consultation, I explained I would reschedule for those and be able to pay the $87 today. He said thats not a problem. He continued to examine by neck and did some other simple test for movement and range of motion, he did stated I am very locked up and thats why I am having some issues, he Dr. Sawhney stated that he could do a hybrid adjustment which consist of manual manipulation of my neck, head and back. I was moved to the table and adjusted. He asked me to follow him to the other sitting adjustment area. He explained what he would be doing and going over how the tool he uses works on the spin and neck. He used the tool (not sure the technical name) on me and on my jaw. Dr. Sawhney advised there is a package of visits which breaks down to a lower price per visit. Through out this exam I was not told of any extra fees, except for the X-rays. I was feeling better, he continued to explain the benefit of chiropractic care and again explained with the package of visits it comes the entire family. I said I would consider it, he finished the adjustment and I walked to the front office. I scheduled the next visit for X-rays and the Woman at the front desk said todays visit was $68, I said I thought the consultation and treatment was part of the initial social media special, She said the adjustment was an extra charge, "this was the very first time I heard that I would be paying for today" I explained that I could not do the $87 for X-rays and now I am being asked for the $68 adjustment. I felt obligated and did not want to outright refused so I used a credit card, I was kind of shocked since I explained twice that I would not be able to pay for the $87 X rays today, but was charged and not TOLD that the adjustment was going to be an EXTRA charge. I felt like I was giving the sales pitch and hyped up about the care and what the practice offers, which again was not told that I would be charged for the adjustment. I really feel that this was a very dishonest thing. I felt like I was trapped while standing at the front and being asked again to pay the $68 for the adjustment, which again I was NEVER told there was and extra charge, only the X-rays were mentioned and if I declined those why would I not be told about the charge for an adjustment. I received a text message form Divine spin asking me to confirm my Oct 11th appointment for X-rays, I replied that I was not going to continue with treatment after my initial visit. I sent a long text back to the business about why I would not come back, I did not get a response that I sent at 10:50am At 12:53 pm I received a phone call and the woman said she received the message from co workers at the office and she was out of the officer today. I was told she wanted to call and apologize for the misunderstanding, I said it was not a misunderstanding and was hoping there would be some resolve to this situation, A credit or a refund or something to ensure that this situation is resolved. I was offered an apology and that was that. I feel that it might seem petty to some but in a business and especially a Medical office everything should be transparent and upfront, not some oh by the way its $68 today for your visit. This is my own review and this is the situation that I encountered while personally at this medical practice. read more

A few years ago, I ventured out to seek Chiropractic care after traditional western medicine could do nothing for my debilitating lower back pain. At the very least, you can walk away with a thorough consult free of charge, or, better yet, acquire a full set of X-rays for a nominal fee of $80 to identify any areas of concern. There are some PPO insurances that can also provide coverage. Health is wealth, and Dr. S will give you a ten fold return on your investment!!! Growing up, I had a fear of chiropractors. Dr. Sawhney assured me that I was in good hands. Since I've been going here, I feel a big difference in my neck, shoulders, and back.. Dr. Sawhney is the best! I was injured in a car accident and needed care for my neck/shoulders. I had gone to chiropractors before for tennis injuries, and I never felt like anything improved, especially long-term. Well, I went to Dr. Sawhney for about a year and I haven't been in months, and I still feel great! First, he really takes the time to get to know you and your physical needs. His technology is advanced and it works. No cracking backs, no pushing supplements. He gives you effective stretches that my mom uses and has huge benefits from. The office is also just really really nice, as is his office staff! I love that I could just call or text for a quick appointment, and/or have standing appointments with him. Sometimes I want to go back just because it feels so good, but I can't believe I've had lasting improvements after the major wreck I was in! I have had neck and back problems most my life. After diving off a snorkel boat 4 years ago, my neck has been much worse. I have spent the last 4 years going to neurologists, neurosurgeons, orthopedic surgeons, acupuncturists, etc to help with the headaches, neck pain, left scapula pain and left arm/hand numbness. I was actually scheduled for a 3 level cervical fusion on 2/16/22 with dr Richard Lee. My daughter got covid on 2/06/22 so I had to cancel my pre-op week and surgery. Dr Lee then decided I was not a surgical candidate leaving me absolutely confused and pretty pissed off. Feeling like I was at square one again I decided to go a different route. About 6 months prior a new business in the center I work in opened up - Divine Spine. Feeling I was at an all time low, I decided to give it a try. First impression was a very clean, well organized office. Then, after a few appointments I felt my constant neck/scapula spasms ease a bit. I noticed my ROM was a little better and my headache activity was decreasing. I am now 18 sessions into a 30 session block and I'm telling you I have not felt this good in 4 years. I am optimistic my progress will continue. I went from a scheduled fusion to less pain, numbness and decreased headaches!! Dr Sawhney is knowledgeable, personable and professional.
