The session focused on connecting with your inner child, and it was surprisingly fun, heartfelt, and even a little healing. Bonus -- I ended up winning their raffle! I went home with a free greens drink mix AND a voucher for a free week of workouts. Total win. The whole experience made me feel like I was part of a warm, supportive wellness community. The crazy…read morething though, they just took my monthly membership fee yesterday and the lady at the desk stated they are keeping that AND I am not allowed to use the facility for the rest of the month? I almost couldn't hold in the laughter. Always happy to donate to a local charity I suppose. This franchise will never even be a consideration for me in the future. Also, they have staff in this bldg 3 days a week for just a few hours at a time, so when you need to cancel and it HAS to be done in person, you'll have to carve out some specific time in the schedule to go have your money stolen. And as you can see from the very heartfelt, yet super condescending and rude response from the OWNER, this is an excellent establishment, and a place you can feel good about spending your hard earned money

Nothing but trouble from the glitchy app. Constantly getting kicked off and signed out. It is a…read moremajor pain to use every time. Signing up for classes is a frustration. You can't sign up until your monthly pmt goes through, but by then all the classes for the week are full. If you work or don't have a wide open schedule it's very difficult to find a class time at your level that works. The classes you pay for in a month don't roll over. They will work with you somewhat so you dont lose a class you paid for. Over-all, I found that what I was getting out of this was not worth the price or the hassle.

She taught me yoga tailored to my messed up old bod. I loved that she tailored it to me specifically to help me learn moves that I can do that will help me progress and start to eliminate the pain.
