Laurie comes across as sweet and reassuring on the phone, but that tone does not match the follow-through. I never received proper documentation, receipts, or confirmation emails unless I repeatedly chased them down. Each time I followed up, I was told the refund was already handled. It wasn't. I ultimately had to dispute the charge with my bank to recover my money, despite being assured over and over that the refund was complete. Only after escalating externally did anything move forward. What's most frustrating is realizing this is a pattern, not a one-off mistake. The reviews warning about double charges, delayed refunds, and deceptive communication are accurate. I experienced the same thing step by step. Getting your money back should not require a bank dispute.

This was not what I had in mind for my wedding day transportation.
