Terrible service didn't wipe my interior and I paid for the top package. Inside still dirty left my ashtray sitting in my seat. Never again!

"Joey" was difficult to get a detailing quote from, lied about package pricing and subtracted whatever amount he felt like when taking services off when the "cheapest" package was $300. Ex. Wax listed as $75 but only $50 is subtracted from total cost if it's removed? Would understand that labor goes up with less servicing if he wasn't rude and attempting to be intimidating over being asked why the pricing wasn't subtracted 1:1. Obviously he did a half-assed job when we dropped the car off. I couldn't imagine a grown man standing behind this work, do better. read more

I am definitely a fan of this place. I paid about $21 dollars which is was on a list of options. There were about 3 other package options you could've chosen from or you can do everything al a carte. The $21 package was definitely worth it. They even give you an air freshener when you are checking out. Their process is a smooth oiled machine. You pull up, get out of your car, and people vacuum. While they are vacuuming, you go inside to pay. Once you are done paying, you go back outside to wait for your car. While you are waiting, your car goes through a wash on one end and then comes out on the other end. From there, a group of people dry your car off and they shine up your inside. It was pretty fast. You have space to social distance outside. On the inside, they have hand sanitizer and there is not a line of people on the inside. I don't know if it is because there was a space between people showing up or they made sure to space people out when they come in. The reason I gave it a 4 and not a 5 is because I don't think the guys that vacuumed did a great job. I still had areas that could have been vacuumed that wasn't. Also, on the area close to my gears, they didn't clean/vacuum around that either. Besides those things, they did a good job. I will definitely be going back. I do not like to clean my car and this is so much easier. read more

Timmy's has been a staple in the Southend of Louisville for a long time. It's the go-to destination if you really want a good car wash. As far as service and doing the job right - Timmy's is tough to beat. They do a fantastic job. Second to none, in my opinion. Where Timmy's comes up short? They are a bit more expensive than other car washes. I suppose you pay for quality... I don't know. I convince myself that it's not a big deal and I pay it. In the Southend, you won't find a better car wash. It's worth a visit every now and again. read more

Took my SUV to Timmy's for the first time, and they did a very nice job. They cleaned the interior and mats thoroughly, vacuumed the interior, washed, waxed and hand dried the vehicle. Year after year, this is our go to place for a $20+ car wash (We buy GC here for Christmas!). I was AMAZED at the 1st time FAILURE I received today. It started to rain as my car came out. They were told to shut down, for a moment. Seems they "shut down" on cleaning the interior of my car too! My front passenger seat wasn't touched as I still saw the receipt and dog hair on it. The touch screen wasn't touched and half of the dash remained un cleaned too. Scared to check the back window. Come on Timmy's! You all have a great place there! I had the interior of my SUV detailed after it had been stolen from me. The inside was trashed with cigarette butts, ash, & tobacco (and who knows what else). Timmy's did a fantastic job. They vacuumed it out, shampooed the carpets, cleaned & conditioned my leather seats, sprayed odor eater to get the cigarette smell out, and cleaned the inside of the doors & all hard surfaces including the dash. They ran it through the car wash, put on tire shine, & had the exterior sparkling as well. I did have to leave it for the day but i dropped it off in the morning and they called later that afternoon when it was ready to pick up. They were friendly and provided great customer service. They took the time to be sure I was happy with the final product - which I was! I definitely recommend Timmy's for your auto needs! read more

These guys are amazing. When I pulled the van in, I felt like they had been waiting all day just for the honor of making my mini-van look like new. And that is exactly what they did, which is quite an accomplishment with 2 uber messy toddler boys. They even vacuumed out the car seats and helped me get both boys back into them. Disgusted with this service!!! Bought a hand wax for my car. Wax was left on the car. Took it back they got some of it off. I called back to tell them they left more on the second time than I originally saw. I called back and talked to Dennis a supposed owner. I told him I del I at least needed compensation because I had been there twice. I said I didn't receive the service I paid for. He said I did it just wasn't satisfactory...WTH!!! He said they don't usually sell hand wax to white Camrys because of the oxidation. He said my car was oxidized worse than he had seen. WTH again because I worked at TMMK in the paint finish department and trained with the Lexus training team in paint finish because I am a women does not mean I am stupid!!!! And no I did not leave TMMK for bad reasons, got a state job in my field. I worked at Jeff's car wash in Lexington in college and i know the job I very hard physically so I was nice the first time but for the owner to tell me "you dis receive the service it just wasn't satisfactory" and be ok with that is unbelievable!!!! I wish that they were a little more thorough, but for $20 you get a really good exterior wash and dry, a pretty good vacuum and a pretty good "dusting" of the other surfaces in the car. If you are actually wanting the interior of the car cleaned, you will need to spring for the detail. read more

I brought a 2015 Nissan had it approximately 2 weeks had Timmy's wash my car one of the worker sprayed tire cleaner on my windshield even though it was a mistake it would not wash off. I took my car back in the very next morning some guy came out with a pad that look like a SoS pad and after two attempts it all came off. The sad point is he said we could not have done this I took my car to the dealer and they inform me it was some type of tire cleaner. IT is a brand new car so i was very upset did they offer to re wash it no and the lady inside ignored me and kept talking to an employee i had to say excuse me but What ever that is on my windshield it was done here yesterday. read more
