When I asked who I was texting, the response was unclear and a bit abrupt. Eventually I realized it was the massage place, but the communication was very difficult due to the language barrier and lack of clarity. Around 11:00, I was told they could only do a 60-minute massage if I came immediately, so I adjusted my schedule and arrived early. When I got there, the therapist used Google Translate to tell me she had another client at 12:30 and implied that if I had come earlier (which was never clearly communicated), she could have done the full 90 minutes. At that point, after the confusing communication and change of plans, I decided to leave. The space itself also felt a bit off to me--it had a strong chemical cleaning smell and didn't feel particularly welcoming or relaxing. Overall, the lack of clear communication and inconsistency made this a disappointing experience. I wasn't able to receive the service I had originally booked, and the entire interaction felt disorganized.

I was a little skeptical at first but she has made me a believer big time! What I mean by this is that I am able to move much, MUCH better now. I have been in so much pain that it's been hard for me to function, difficult to sit, stand, walk and even sleep. My pain level, I would say is a high 9! Normally, after I get a massage, I would feel better for a couple of hours and then back to the painful body. Today, I feel much lighter and the pain level has subsided. I have issues with my hands going numb during the night (no it's not carpal tunnel syndrome) so I went to see if she could help me. Since this was the first session she and I talked about me. She listened and asked questions about my lifestyle. Once she figured out what she needs to do the session started the session. Like I said stretching could be uncomfortable but no worries she know what she's doing. At the end of the session she showed me how to fix my posture while sitting in the car, walking around, and how to stretch at home.
