Upon taking the car to the dealership I was told that the engine was completely gone and that the car was totaled and I needed to pay to get it fixed from the accident so they could resale it. I do not believe that was legal. They then traded that car out for a different car refusing to refund the down payment. The second car that I got from them the check engine light came on within 48 hours of me leaving the lot. I have been to the dealership multiple times called and text no repairs have been made the one that was failed and the engine light came right back on. This lot and dealership is heavy on the fraud side. I believe they are turning engine lights off and messing with odometer readings. Would not recommend

While the vehicle was sold "as-is," I believe customers should still be treated honestly and fairly regarding major mechanical defects. I attempted to resolve the issue professionally with the dealership before pursuing further action.
