Not to mention when we opened the trunk it was full of water. Ben said we must have left it open. This car was to be for my son. We had to replace brakes right after purchasing because the pads were worn. We had to have the windsheild COWL replaced because the water and bugs were coming into the car​. The wipers also had to be replaced. The weather stripping was replaced around the car because the leaks wouldn't stop. The front of the car appeared lower than when we took it off the lot. Come to find out the AXEL gave out. My son could have been killed due to this companies horrible service and wanting to make a quick buck. My son did not get to fully enjoy his first car that he purchased due to this company. They take no responsibility!

Extremely Disappointed I previously purchased a work van…read morethrough Cars.com from another dealer for about $25,000. It arrived exactly as described and was in excellent condition. Because of that experience, I searched for two more identical vans and found Cobb Luxury, which had many similar vans listed. From the photos, they all looked great. Before purchasing, I repeatedly asked for additional photos showing different angles and the interiors. I never received them. When I called, I was told, rather rudely, "Why do you need more pictures? They're already on the website." The only additional photo I eventually received was a single picture taken from far away showing multiple vans parked together, making it impossible to inspect the condition of either vehicle. I also explained that I was buying both vans from out of state and asked if they could coordinate transportation if I paid in full immediately. I was told yes, and that any additional transportation costs would simply be billed to me. Based on that assurance, I wired the full payment for both vans. After that, communication almost disappeared. Weeks went by without receiving the titles or paperwork. After nearly two months of repeated emails and phone calls, I was finally told the person responsible was on vacation. Eventually, after several more weeks, I finally received the documents. When I asked about transportation, I was suddenly told the vans were now my responsibility because they had already been titled in my name. When I hired a transport company, the driver informed me the dealer couldn't even tell him where the vans were located. They had moved each van to different remote storage lots without notifying me. That caused several more weeks of delays. I finally received the vans almost four months after I had paid for them in full. The condition was nothing like I expected: Both batteries were dead. One van had a failed transmission control module. One had a serious engine oil leak spraying oil throughout the engine compartment. Another had an empty power steering reservoir due to a costly leak. Door locks did not work properly. One door could only be opened from the outside by lowering the window because the inside latch was broken. Break pads and manual brake system full rusted and in bad condition. The mechanic said the engine oil appeared not to have been changed for a very long time. Before using either van for even one single day, I had already spent over $5,000 in repairs. To make matters worse, one of the vans has a defective ignition switch. The engine will randomly shut off even while the van is in Park because the switch has an intermittent electrical contact. My mechanic told me the only proper repair is to replace the ignition switch with a new OEM Mercedes-Benz part, which is very expensive. This was yet another major issue that was never disclosed before the sale. Last week the first van came back from the mechanic, we started installing shelving and tools inside. That's when I noticed sunlight coming through the roof. Upon closer inspection, the roof was full of rust holes. Multiple body shops estimated another $1,000 to $2,000 just to repair the roof. At this point, I still have not been able to use either van for work. I understand these are used vehicles and I never expected perfection. What I did expect was honest communication, basic customer service, and vehicles that reasonably matched their advertised appearance. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. They had dozens of similar vans in inventory. If they had been honest about the condition of each one, I would have gladly paid more and selected the better quality vehicles. As I explained to the salesperson over the phone, I wasn't looking for the cheapest vans, I was looking for clean, well maintained work vans that would provide many years of reliable service without requiring major repairs right away. Instead, because they hide information, I was never given the opportunity to make an informed decision. If you are going to buy from this dealer, make sure you visit in person with a mechanic!

Thank you Yelpers, I chose Georgia Luxury because it was by far the highest rated. GLA did not disappoint. I set up my appointment and everything went like clockwork. They worked with the insurance company and the rental car agency. Hertz rental car is real close and they picked me up after the appointment. The appointment was incredibly fast and I was only my way. Tiffany provided real time updates via text as the work progressed. I knew the estimate, when parts were ordered, when they arrived and estimated completion date. They actually beat the completion date by a day which worked out perfect with my travel schedule. Now the important part -- quality of the work. It was great, the bumper looked brand new and the detailing was one of the better details I have seen. This review is divided into 3 parts over 2 separate visits. *** VISIT 1 OF 2 ON JULY 3, 2026 *** Duration: Less than 2 hours Part 1 of 3: Test Drive with Sales Consultant Brianna "Bri" Walters We called and made an appointment to test drive a new 2026 Toyota Highlander Hybrid. The on-site call center associate, Rachel Eve, said they would try to find one for us to test drive. She was nice. When we showed up in person for our appointment, there was none for us to look at. We did look at a used 2023 Highlander and a new 2026 Grand Highlander, and decided they weren't for us. Marietta Toyota just happened to get a 2026 Crown Signia Limited in, so we test drove that instead. My wife liked it. Our sales consultant Bri was great throughout the entire process. She's been at Marietta Toyota for about 2.5 years. She was really nice, very professional, and not pushy. *** VISIT 2 OF 2 ON JULY 4, 2026 *** Duration: About 3.5 hours Part 2 of 3: Trade-in and Price Negotiation with Sales Manager Tyler Elliott We brought my wife's 2010 Toyota Corolla LE in for trade-in valuation and to get a final price from sales manager Tyler. Tyler is new to Marietta Toyota. He joined about three weeks ago and is from Alabama. Tyler had a more traditional, high-pressure sales approach. We get it - that's just how sales works. This was where the process was not transparent to us, the customers. It's a black box. Here's how the numbers broke down: * Sticker price: ~$57,500 (includes ~$2,000 in Marietta Toyota dealer add-ons) * Discount: ~$1,200 (2.1% off) - only available by financing through Toyota at 6.34% APR * Trade-in (2010 Corolla LE): started at $1,000, Tyler upped it to $1,500 * Net price after trade-in: ~$54,800 * Tax, tag, title, and other fees: ~$5,200 In order to receive a "discount," you can't be an all-cash buyer. One way dealerships make money is by getting customers to finance. You can make a minimum of three monthly payments and then pay off the car in full after that to get your "discount" and avoid paying extra interest. She pitched us on three different contracts: a mechanical failure service contract, a prepaid maintenance plan, and a vehicle protection plan for the tires and wheels. These totaled almost $10,000. We had to decide on those contracts right then and there in her office. By that point, we were mentally worn out, felt backed into a corner, and just wanted to be done and out the door. We accepted because she said we could cancel any contract at any time and receive a prorated amount back. We are highly considering canceling. You could argue that a brand as reliable as Toyota doesn't need all this stuff. To be clear, this isn't a knock on Christie specifically - she was professional and just doing her job. This part was tough because of how the F&I process works industry-wide. The contract terms (e.g., time period/mileage, what's included/excluded) are structured in the dealership's favor. Again, they have to make money. The way the numbers are presented - every step of the way, not just F&I - along with F&I being the last step before you walk out with a new car, is part of a larger, deliberate sales strategy. *** ENDING NOTES *** Dealership sales and finance managers do these kinds of things all day, every day. A lot of customers only go through this a handful of times in their lives. So dealerships obviously have the advantage over the customers here. They get you right where they want you. While we weren't super prepared going in, we felt prepared enough - yet we were still blindsided and put on the spot multiple times throughout the process. It's easy to get hung up on technicalities and details, but they do matter. There was a lot of paperwork and not enough time to review everything thoroughly - similar to a home closing, where everything moves fast right at the end and you're signing before you've had a real chance to read it all. We happened to go on slow afternoons, so we were seen almost immediately by everyone. We were in and out about as fast as one could hope, so that was nice. We didn't want to spend a lot of time shopping around and haggling, so there was value to us in getting something we wanted fast. We're very happy with the car. I pickup a 2015 Range Rover yesterday. the test drive went fine and I gave it a good once over including a scan to see if the check engine light had been reset. from what I could see it was in decent condition for a used vehicle. on the drive home I felt a slight pull to one side. in the morning I took it to go get an alignment. the shop found that both front steering knuckles were cracked. I drove back home and after some digging I found that those parts were under a safety recall. the cracks will cause the wheels to collapse on to the frame. had they failed on the way home that could have been my life or others lifes. what makes this so petty is that car online could have gotten this done for free. they risked my life because of lack of just not wanting to make an appointment. this recall comes up under any vin check so they had to see it. I was one large pothole from a potential life threatening accident. That is a trash business ethic.
