We had a snow storm this week & we tried to pick up our order twice on 1/27 & 1/28 but their parking lot was messy & slippery . We cant walk to get into the store coz its slippery & im a senior. So I called if they cant put a hold on it but the customer service said he cant coz its already expired the pick up date. I asked whats the best solution for it, he said IT IS, WHAT IT IS. I cant change our process. You have to pay for it. If you dont want to pay for it, talk to your credit CARD. SO RUDE & MEAN!!

Twice, my husband has tried to order a shirt online in a 2x goes and picks it up, comes home, opens…read moreit up and it's a medium!! The first time it happened I brought the shirt back. It did not come with a packing slip so the girl put in his charge card and then gave us a refund for the shirt. My husband tried to order it again and again got a medium. I went all the way over there today and the girl behind the desk was training another girl and she told me she needed to know the SKU for the shirt he originally ordered because the computer wouldn't let her give a refund. She asked me where the packing slip was and I told her one didn't come. She had a smug look on her face. I don't understand that. I then said so you guys not only screwed it up twice but now you won't give me a refund you have his card why can't you do it a girl the other day did it and she said I don't know. Really great customer service Kohl's!!! I tried to call instead of yelping, but when I called nobody answers their phone, I let it ring all the way driving home and then it finally said the person at that number is not accepting calls.

Not sure what has happened but the quality of clothing has dropped tremendously and prices have increased! I don't mind paying for an outfit that is sewn well and wears well, however, 89.50 for a dress that will shrink up as soon as it hits water isn't a good buy. The selection has become very limited, you are lucky to find your size in the store one out of five times shopping on a regular basis. Love the jeans but they are like the rest of the clothing, limited sizes and styles.
