First off, my daughter saw on TikTok that Pink Lily was having a huge sale (everything under $15) at their fulfillment center. E'errrbody and their mama showed up. We drove 1 1/2 hrs to get there, stood in line 2 1/2 hrs to get inside the door, and 2 hrs in the checkout line. Absolute madness!!! The sale is also on tomorrow, July 24, '21- it's bring your own bag, their are no carts. I got a lot of clothes for $144, and a huge backache. It was worth it. read more

BEWARE OF RETURN POLICY AND QUALITY OF CLOTHING!!! I made the mistake of "freely" ordering a couple clothing items for a bachelorette party (thank goodness I chose not to order more). A dress I ordered was too small and I had to not only pay for a return label - THEY ONLY GIVE STORE CREDIT AFTER THE DEDUCTING THE COST OF YOUR RETURN SHIPPING LABEL! No refunds. Another shirt I ordered was less than paper thin - not what it looked like on the model. I regret purchasing from this company and lesson learned to look at return policies from small companies. read more

I ordered a swimsuit from Pink Lily. It was a white swimsuit with mesh at the top and in the middle. Upon receiving the item, the white on the mesh and white on the swimsuit didn't match. The mesh was more like a cream color. The swimsuit had pads but no lining, and was completely see-through. I messaged Pink Lily that I would be returning the item. They only offered a e-gift card in return instead of a refund (after they took off the $6 to ship back). I shop quite a few boutique stores and have never had an issue like this. I will not be shopping at Pink Lily and I hope others are aware of their refund policy. I didn't find anywhere on there website that you would only receive an e-gift card until after I received my package. read more

Very disappointed in their return policy. I received a few items that did not work for me and returned them as directed. I do not plan to shop Pink Lilly anymore and they refuse to refund me. Instead they are keeping my money and giving me a gift card that will never be used. Please review your refund policy this is awful! I have read other reviews of people getting excellent customer service and getting refund so I'm not sure why if I don't have product and I'm not shopping there why I have to lose my money? read more

I was pretty disappointed to have a package look like this come to me. Inside was a dented hat that I had to reshape, and will not go back to its original form. The last I have heard from Pink Lily was on September 12 after they filed a claim. They said it could take up to 10 days which I understood. It is now October 8th, and I have tried to follow up for a refund multiple times. Absolutely no response. Very disappointed by the customer service with this business. read more

I ordered two tops on their website. I was away at my parents home recovering from a severely broken foot and was not able to take care of myself. My sister collected my mail and kept at my apt. When I came home, I opened my pkg and it was only half of my order. When I reached out to Pink Lily, they replied back that I had Route Ins...I have no idea was the heck that is, but was told I had to file a claim with them. I did so immediately and was denied a refund as well as no option of shipping a new top. I messaged PL again stating my concern that I was denied and I don't understand why its MY responsibility to pay for a top I was not given in the first place. The reply back was to file a claim...I DID and I told them that once again. Im sorry but this is absolutely rediculous that I am forced to pay for a top that was never sent to me. I demand my money back and I will not be returning to this store. Really poor customer service. read more
