She not only attended the home inspection, but when the inspector informed us of electrical issues, she was immediately on the phone with electricians in the area, setting up appointments for free estimates, and when I had expressed interest in relocating a door in the house, she set up an appointment with a contractor for an estimate for that. Then, she actually CAME to those appointments to make sure all our questions were answered! And as if that wasn't enough, she made the trip all the way to Wausau for the closing, and generously gifted us with a housewarming gift.
