My Sharpsburg Georgia Savior!…read more Let me tell y'all a tale of terror, tragedy, and toilet trauma... Picture this: A peaceful evening, a gentle rain falling, and me, cozied up with a hot cup of tea. But then--BAM! Mother Nature decided to turn up the dial from a gentle rain to a full-blown waterpark. The heavens opened, and my yard turned into a swamp. I thought, "Well, at least it's just rain!" *Spoiler alert*: It wasn't *just* rain. Suddenly, I hear the most disturbing sound--imagine a walrus emerging from the underworld and gargling a smoothie. I look out my window, and there it was... my septic tank, rising like the Titanic from the depths of the ground, bubbling up like it had a serious grudge against me. It looked like it was auditioning for a role in a horror movie, only this one smelled way worse. Cue the panic! Enter **The Dumper Pumper**, my Sharpsburg Georgia savior! These folks arrived faster than I could Google "septic tank possessed by rainwater." I swear they rolled up with more enthusiasm than a firetruck at a BBQ festival. These heroes jumped into action, no questions asked--except, "Is that smell coming from the tank or... you?" (Don't judge me, it had been a stressful day). Not only did they tame the angry, floating septic beast, but they pumped it out like they were siphoning gold. My yard went from an apocalyptic poop lagoon back to a respectable piece of real estate. They even made sure I wouldn't have to explain to my neighbors why my backyard looked like Shrek's jacuzzi. But the best part? Their attitude. These guys were cracking jokes the whole time! At one point, one of them said, "Don't worry, we've seen worse! Once, a tank was so full it had its own ZIP code." I knew I was in good hands. They were so professional, quick, and, dare I say, joyful about handling my literal mess. I can't say enough about these folks. If you've got a septic situation (or a backyard that looks like it's hosting a mud wrestling match), call **The Dumper Pumper**. They'll have your tank drained and your dignity restored in no time. They saved me from a backyard disaster, and possibly from having to sell my house and move to another state. Thank you, Dumper Pumper--you are my Sharpsburg septic saviors!

This review is based off of services my parents recently received for their septic tank and pump…read more My parents ran into a back up issue recently and began to reach out to vendors to no avail on a quick turnaround time. However, when they reached out to Dump Pumper, they were greeted with a team within the same day! The team came out to investigate the issue and once it was determined, they partnered with my parents to walk them through the findings, pricing and what needed to be done. Additionally, they educated my parents on the cause of the issue. It turns out the builder of my parents home took a few short cuts upon instillation which created a big back up issue way sooner than it should have been. The Dump Pumper team were very knowledgable, friendly and caring with my parents, especially given the fact that a $500 job quickly turned into a $3,000 job. They kept my parents up dated along the way, completed the work promised to satisfaction and kept it within the quote time frame of 48 hours they promised. Overall, Dump Pumper really came through for my parents in a time of need. They are certainly a highly recommended vendor for this type of work!

I could write a novel on the issues but to hit the high points: - no supervision from the Project Manager (Eddie) on the job - the workers dug in the wrong place; did the wrong job that was asked - caught our well line with their back hoe and yanked out the line from the well (we are still trying to get this fixed properly) - didn't couple the pipes together properly and buried the pipe - twice! thank goodness we saw the leak through the dry dirt - they put in IRRIGATION LINES instead of SCHEDULE 40 for the work they did on our septic system - Lied about issues/damages done but we have security cameras so we had everything on video and could show the PM - Hit our fence with their equipment - never told us but since we have cameras we could see what happened - The Project Manager came to review the work and started to make repairs once - he NEVER came back. - The list goes on but the problems don't... even today my husband is out trying to still find and fix the leak(s) from their repair - We did have to have a different septic company come to do the original job than needed fixing. Rose said oh they had you down for a plumber well the front desk doesn't know what they're doing. Your house is pretty old you probably need all your lines replaced and I'll send out Brenda. I said who is Brenda that's coming to my house tomorrow? What is her function in your company? Ugh umm I don't know . I think you have a plumber coming out ? They might be great at septic , but their customer service doesn't install any faith in me to hire them .

Showed up when he said he would and evaluated the situation. The 56 year old septic tank had not been serviced in 20 years. It was full and leaking around lid into dirt. He stopped pumping when parts were exposed that had completely crumbled into gravel. He asked before proceeding with anything that might involve more cost. He did the necessary repairs and pumped the tank quickly but with care to do it correctly. His price was much less than expected and according to the plumber friend also much less than other companies. They have the cleanest equipment I've ever seen for a septic company. He packed down the dirt gently until it was completely level ready for grass seed and was very careful to not tear up the rest of our yard as a different company did at another home. He swept the mud off the driveway and left no mess whatsoever. He truly cares and is a very hardworking young man who was raised in this business.
