Dixon Septic did a repair of a 30 year old septic system on 4/5/2023 in Fayetteville. They were professional, explained what was needed, and repaired only what was broken. We did purchase new parts to upgrade and they installed extras that we asked for. The price was negotiated prior to work and was VERY reasonable. Gave my client an appointment but never showed up. Never called. Doesn't answer phone calls. Only texts. Has a nasty attitude via text. Below is verbatim what he texted the next day after I asked why he was a no-show: "1st off I don't know who told you rain didn't matter but it wasn't me rain very much matters we dig in peoples yards everyday and that can be done when it's flooding And next off you started this conversation with me via txt the only call I have had from you was this morning and I attempted one time to return your call and went to voicemail so I responded by txt The job is on the schedule today" My response: "Wow how professional. FIRST OFF You started off texting on Saturday because I called you and you never answered. I haven't received a single call back from you. Called Dixon to come out and clean my tank, paid full price. They left sewage and oil stains ALL in my driveway. This is a major issue to me considering I have pets and small children at my home. Horrible experience! read more

Called the company at 10am while experiencing a septic backup. Thankfully they had a cancellation that same afternoon and had Kyle put to my house by 12:30. Took him a few minutes to locate our tank and realized it was in a odd place near some landscaping and irrigation. He was careful when digging to minimize any damage to both of those things. This is our first home with a septic and had no idea about maintenance and upkeep and Kyle was great about explaining what we needed to do to keep the system well maintained. I have owned my house for 13 years when my septic system started giving me trouble. Dixon septic is the 3rd company I had to my house in a 3 month time period. Fist company pumped my tank and fixed nothing. Second company pumped my tank and told me best case scenario was 6k and worst case scenario was 15-20k to fix my problem and we wouldn't k ow until we started digging. Nobody helped until I ran across Dixon septic by luck. Stephen shot me straight and in my situation and was able to fix my current system with only replacing a small section and it was a small fraction of what the other company wanted to charge me. He truly understands what treating a customer right is really all about. Instead of taking advantage of someone in their time of need and swinging for the fences he laid all options out and did everything he could to help save me what money could be saved. read more

Dixon Septic to the rescue! I contacted the company on Saturday morning when another company went up on their price before even digging. He told me they were backed up but gave me some other companies to contact. He contacted me back on Sunday morning to make sure I got someone to help. I told him how much the second company (not one he suggested) was trying to charge me and why they said it was so much. He had me check the filter and said I didn't need my drain field cleaned and even if I did it should be a total of less than $1200 not $2200. He was shocked and felt bad for me so he offered to come himself with his dad if I wanted to cancel the other company. The other company tried to save themselves and offered to do it for $1200 but I said no thank you I don't trust you. Dixon came out, finished the job in time for me to leave and catch my plane and got a customer for life. It is nice to know my third company was the charm. Thanks so much. read more
