Now- 8 months later they respond to my review. Seems my review was spot on... maybe they don't want to expand to be able to service more customers - that's fine - it's certainly fair for others who come to yelp for information to be able to get the whole picture.

Reminded the crew when they came that the prior service they had installed a riser and pointed out the area of the riser so don't dig up the yard. Subsequently found them jabbing with a pole and digging with a small backhoe which disturbed the ground and left it rough and they also broke Irrigation lines in two places needlessly.

I could write a novel on the issues but to hit the high points: - no supervision from the Project Manager (Eddie) on the job - the workers dug in the wrong place; did the wrong job that was asked - caught our well line with their back hoe and yanked out the line from the well (we are still trying to get this fixed properly) - didn't couple the pipes together properly and buried the pipe - twice! thank goodness we saw the leak through the dry dirt - they put in IRRIGATION LINES instead of SCHEDULE 40 for the work they did on our septic system - Lied about issues/damages done but we have security cameras so we had everything on video and could show the PM - Hit our fence with their equipment - never told us but since we have cameras we could see what happened - The Project Manager came to review the work and started to make repairs once - he NEVER came back. - The list goes on but the problems don't... even today my husband is out trying to still find and fix the leak(s) from their repair - We did have to have a different septic company come to do the original job than needed fixing. That got fixed but now we are just fixing the issues caused BY BISHOP-THEIM I know it's hard to find a good company to work on your septic systems but PLEASE look somewhere else. I know their website looks professional but they are not. I'm sure we could have escalated more through the ranks of the company but at a certain point, you just want to cut and run. I wanted to have my septic tank serviced as a preventative maintenance to include pumping. The…read morefirst company charged me $45 dollars and told me they would not touch anything because it was about to backup any day now. As a matter of fact, it was already showing signs of backing up. The cost to repair would be around $4K. The second company had a plan which would cost me around $2-3K which included putting a cleaner in the lines and a warranty. I was told to be sure to call back in 3 years because if anything happens, 70% of the cost would be covered/applied from the initial charge. The third company had a package deal only costing $1,200 including a new lid and other items whether I needed the parts or not, a cleaner and pumping. Now each company was going to replace the lid, pump the tank, and place a cleaner in the lines which would tell me if there were any holes anywhere. As well as, replacing the front and back inlet/outlet (the area where the water drains). Finally, Lee's Septic Life appeared in my google search. When I called, Lee answered the phone. I explained what the other had said. I actually had the third company at my home when Lee said, "You do not need a new lid, I can tell you that right now. Don't let them put any chemicals in your drain or you will have a problem. Yes, I am certain I can beat $1,200". Lee sent out two of his men the following day and they did just as he said. My tank was inspected, and I was given a recommendation of no service required. Including a pumping. I was asked to flush the toilet, and I was shown how the water flowed without any hesitation. There was no visible damage. Just as Lee said, his men would be honest and they were. I decided to pump the tank anyway and the cost was $650. I did not mind the charge because the tank had not been pumped in over 20 years. I have found a new plumber. I already discussed their next service, and I will be scheduling it soon. You will be doing yourself a disservice by not choosing Lee's Septic Life. Dealing with this team was truly a blessing!!!
