Granted, getting 49-54 mpg for this size hybrid with all these safety features was an easy sell. On my Friday snow day (don't hate), I finally spotted a few Niros for sale that were not top-level models, so I decided to stop in to Northtown Kia to snoop. Turns out the green one I was coveting was already scooped up, so after a chat, Mike Maniscalco made sure to toss me right into the prettiest damn 2023 Niro EX Touring you have ever seen, so OF COURSE I was in love. (With the Niro. I'm married, weirdo.) I mean really, how can you say no to color changeable ambient dashboard lighting?!? (Kidding, of course. That was just an happy surprise when Mike walked me through the features before he sent me off into a snowstorm.) My father-in-law was at the dealership this afternoon for a few hours and had many questions about financing and the loan process in general. We were on the phone with him to help guide him through everything. He was repeatedly apologetic because he knew he was asking a lot of questions, and the sales representatives were patient and respectful with him. However, toward the end of the transaction--right before finalizing--the finance manager, Jim Kelley, made a highly inappropriate comment. As he was leaving the office, he said, "these fucking people," referring to my father-in-law and possibly to us on the phone with him. This comment was completely disrespectful, felt racially charged, and came entirely out of left field. After hearing this, we no longer felt comfortable giving this dealership our business. My husband asked my father-in-law to request his keys, ID, and registration back and leave. If you choose to go here, be aware of this extremely disrespectful behavior from the finance manager.

Told him it's too expensive. Had to pay $37 for him to check what the problem was. Didn't want to argue so I paid him. Went to another mechanic. No break fluids leaking, calipers all OK. Replaced all rotors, all pads for $850. I've got no reason to make up a story. They are DISHONEST people. Beware of them, they will overcharge you.

The woman who answered the phone, who I later learned was Roxanne, refused to provide even a general price range. She told me they don't give prices over the phone and that I would have to make an appointment. When I politely asked for her name, she hung up on me. I called back and left a message explaining what had happened and asking to speak with Larry or Everett. Instead, Roxanne called me back. Rather than listening to my concerns, I felt she talked over me, raised her voice, and insisted she had not been rude. I repeatedly asked her to stop yelling at me. During this call, another business owner named John was listening on the line and heard the entire conversation. I called a third time and finally spoke with Everett. He told me Roxanne was his wife. Instead of listening to my concerns as a customer, I felt he immediately defended her and showed no interest in resolving the situation or apologizing for the way I had been treated. I own four vehicles and was looking for a shop to perform brakes, a four-wheel alignment, and a coolant flush--well over $1,000 worth of work. Because of the way I was treated, they lost not only this job but my future business as well. Good customer service starts with treating people respectfully. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Premier Car Care. I will gladly take my business to a company that values its customers and treats them with courtesy. With a cracked mirror cap for my rearview window, I figured to give this place a try, to order…read moreparts to replace. When I made the call last week, they agreed they would have the part in stock; they even offered to install the parts for me when I arrive! When I asked if it could be painted, it would need extra time and extra money. I decided just to get the part itself, and I agreed to pick it up this week. When I arrived, I saw the front entrance said "parts" with an arrow pointing to the back. I drove around the entire building, until I was at the next dealership. Eventually, I had to drive around the entire building again (narrow driveways by the way), and park inside the services tunnel. As one technician approached me with a friendly smile and attitude, I politely said I'm just here for parts. He changed his demeanor, asked me to follow him, and pointed to me the direction, saying it is down the hall into the right, and then left me. Didn't bother asking for my name, do a warm hand-off to the next department, what I was here for, or any additional services I may need. When I got to the Parts department, I identified my name and they found my parts I needed. I asked if someone could help me to install them; the Parts department said I would have to ask service because that's not offered (meaning the prior person who spoke to me on the phone either lied, or this representative today did not see notes that I requested a simple snap-on installation). While waiting to pay for my parts (which required me to go to Services department), nobody bothered making eye contact with me or saying hello or asking if I've been helped yet. After standing around for 10 minutes, one of the cashiers finally looked up, made eye contact with me, and said if I was ready to cash out he can help me. I didn't bother asking for installation, since this experience already made me disappointed. I paid for my parts appropriately without hassle, and then left. While still in the services tunnel, I took my time to do the snap-on installation, just to make sure the parts would fit. During the six minutes I took to put the parts on, again nobody bothered to look my way or ask if I needed help. After snapping the parts into place, I took off and carried on with my day. As someone who works in customer service as well, I was disappointed. The lack of communication, the poor signage, the lack of empathy, and the lack of consideration for someone just getting parts really made me upset. I'm open-minded to give them another chance later on, but next time, I will probably go back to my own dealership where I bought my vehicle originally.

I cannot stress enough how much I recommend this company…read more A couple of years ago I took my car to the dealer who sold me my car for inspection. They told me I needed new brakes and new tires. Since dealers usually upcharge for this stuff I searched online for deals on new tires and Casullo's came up. I took my car in and asked them to look at the brakes as well. Alex called back and said, "I'd love to sell you new brakes, but these are fine. Come back in six months and we'll check them again." He then installed the new tires. Six months later I called to have them check the brakes again. Alex said EXACTLY the same thing. "Bring it back in six months." Half a year later he says, "Yeah, your back brakes should be swapped out, but your front is fine for now. Bring it back in another six months." Finally this September (during inspection) Alex replaced the front brakes, and installed new windshield wipers. He didn't try to upsell me on every component in my car. Well, today (December 2025) one of my windshield wipers fell off when I was scraping the windshield. I've installed them before: any new blades for the past ten years or more are a major pain in the butt to install - - bad design, counterintuitive - - you have to spend at least a half hour on YouTube to figure it out, and I didn't have any inclination to go through it again. Without a lot of hope on the walk-in front, I drove straight to Casullo's, explained the situation, and Alex came right out, drove it into the garage and re-installed the offending blade. He even topped off my tire, which was low!!! You don't find this kind of honesty and attention to customer service much any more. Casullo's is my garage from now on!

Now they want me to pay for damages caused in there shop after already giving them $2500 more then what the repairs cost at any other shop! This shop screwed me over good! I brought the truck in for a lifter and camshaft fix, and came out with a leak in the exhaust manifold, one that was not there when I brought it in. My truck has always sounded great and even when I brought it in, it sounded the same way. Now I have to drive around with a loud noise coming from the engine that was never there before. Instead of the company doing the right thing and just fixing what they broke, they handed me a $220 bill to fix it instead. I got nothing but excuses from them of why it's not there fault as if I'm some idiot who doesn't know anything about vehicles. To conclude, I actually didn't wanna do a review, and waited, in hopes they'd call to make things right.
