I found his number on the front door and did as he asked, not noticing "by appointment only." Idk, put "by appointment only" on your marquee sign. As I finished texting him, he saw someone he knew walking by his shop. He unlocked and opened the door, speaking with her and ignoring me. It struck me as an odd first interaction, turning me off. I almost turned around and left, which would have been a better choice than to stay and ask a question. When they were finished chatting, he asked what I needed and told me to make it quick. She looks at gemstones and work with their shape in a beautiful way and I like that she only picks a few stones that she love. My favorites are her chunkier silver jewelry.
