Massachusetts Equipment Rental - Toro Dingo SX525 loader. This was fantastic and saved my back from having to move all that loam by hand.

It was perfect for moving 20-Cubic Yards of loam in one day. I was able to remove the moss and weeds by back dragging the bucket. Then I scooped all the debris up in the bucket and dumped it into my back yard 300-feet away. The Dingo was easy to operate, and very safe. I spread the load evenly and laid the bucket over the loam and drove the Dingo backwards with the blade down flat with some downward pressure. This allowed me to level the loam and compact it, so it it required minimal raking to smooth the compacted loam and prepare it for seed. Will (the owner) was great to work with during the entire process. Massachusetts Equipment Rental has a great website that is easy to view the equipment, schedule the date and time you want to rent the equipment. You can pay securely online without having to call. Will is responsive to questions and he delivers the equipment to your home for a reasonable fee (all other rental companies expect you to have a trailer and truck to pickup the equipment). Will was professional and delivered 100% on all aspects of the rental. I will definitely rent again with Massachusetts Equipment Rental.

HUGE shoutout to Sean A. Matthews, Eric Lisak, and the entire crew over at Milton Rents! Shortly…read moreafter submitting a "looking for boom lift" post on a local Facebook page, I received a message from Sean and he was very accommodating with my schedule. Eric gave me a tutorial on the piece and then made sure I was all set when he delivered it. After experiencing a minor mechanical issue, 2 service techs arrived and immediately diagnosed it. Within a couple of hours, a new machine was delivered. These guys really stand by their products! If anyone has any jobs, big or small, I highly recommend reaching out to Milton Rents!

Brought it to milton rents, it was still under warranty. Prior to bringing it here it was garaged and only used for one outage. It was in perfect condition besides the failed part. When I received it back from the warranty work they f'ed it up( green over spray, missing bolts, peeled stickers, paint scratched ,+ alot more). I called the facility with questions looking for answers and a solution. service manager was a complete prick. He said "what do you want from a machine that has 60 hrs on it" "you want me to make it new again" it didnt have 60, it had 22 but either way a prick. After going back and forth for a while he said bring it to me and I'll fix it. At that point I would trust my dog working on anything of mine than them, so I called customer service and they said they cant do anything for me and would not let me talk to a supervisor. Awful experience. Now I have a POS that I'm stuck with.
