Installation was done perfectly - 2 young guys came, set up in 30-40 minutes in the best place possible in the yard. Set up the tables and left the chairs on top as we planned to move the tables around. Linens were fine, but instead of red as ordered, they gave us white - but they returned the next day and left the red ones for use. Tent was perfect, and they came a few days after the event and took down the tent and chairs with no problem.

They did not thankfully I work from home or I would've missed them. Which isn't the delivery people's fault so I moved my car and gave water to all the workers. When they were putting the tent up I told them they could put the stakes wherever they needed just to not touch my flowers. They spray painted 2 flowers and put a stake through one which already wasn't doing well from the heat wave so completely destroyed it. Then before they left they said they'd pick it up on Wednesday. They arrived Monday morning for pick up without any notice again. Not an issue for me but if someone needed to tent for the full paid for week or isn't home would be an issue.

So I took some time before writing this review. I bought a JCB back hoe from these guys a little…read moreover a year ago. I paid extra for an air-conditioner which come to find out was a retro fit style AC for an old car. IT was meant to mount under the dash of a car, not be installed on the ceiling of a backhoe. I had it shipped to Texas and the moment it arrived, I knew I had made a mistake. Obviously the AC issue, then the paint job they put on it was a joke. The tires were worn...I still believe the pics they sent of the tires were from another machine. The back hoe runs well, however there is some kind of continual short that runs the battery down if its connected. The AC install....OK, they put HOSE CLAMPS on the high pressure lines. Obviously it wont hold a charge. I tried to get Brian to fix it, he just blew me off, he had his money already. I sent $1000 getting the AC working, however its no where nearly strong enough to cool the cab. Bottom line, LOOK ELSEWHERE, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS. BUYER BEWARE

Rented from this company for a long time, experience got worse and worse until the last straw was…read morehaving a piece of equipment I had scheduled to rent be put off 3 times, then on 4th time I had a date confirmed (3 weeks after first calling) they didn't even bother to call me to say it wasn't ready, planned my whole day around it and went all the way there with truck and trailer. Cost me hundreds of dollars and they basically said tough sh*t. They advertise " top of line equipment", it's all junk and problems they don't fix. They constantly charge extra charges. They don't ask for your insurance, they want you to pay there "damage waiver" and then pay out of pocket for everything else they say you broke. They don't ask for your hoisters license as required by law. Greedy crooked company. I wouldn't recommend to anybody. Most of the time you can hire a profession to do the job for less then it ends up for you to rent from them.
