horrible,do not recommend! i went to get a camera installed on my trunk, i have a trunk that opens automatically with a key or a push of a button. the trunk however started having malfunction so i went back and asked for them to fix it and they refused to fix a problem they CREATED. i even asked for a refund or some type of money back and they refused. absolutely terrible people and service. i recommend looking for another auto shop before even considering this one. read more

I visited the DJs today because my keyless entry remote (the brand is Automate) was not working correctly. They quickly identified the problem and communicated the price and were able to fix it within 30 minutes. That said, it wasn't the most complex problem, but I appreciated the honest and transparent way in which they carried themselves. The cost was reasonable too. Was easily able to make an appointment and the car was done within a few hours after dropping it off. System works great, extremely satisfied. What a great service! Very nice and polite employees. I got a remote starter which was a little pricey but claims to have 2 miles radius. Not sure about 2 miles but it goes through 5 cement floors in a building to underground garage on the first try (two way signal confirms that the car started). I am ready for the winter. read more

I recommend this business. Last week they installed a battery in my car that it turns out was the wrong size. I had to have the one they put in removed and replaced with the correct one at the VW dealership. Going back they allowed me to return it with a full credit back to my Discover card. They could just as easily had said no. Oh, and the car audio system they installed works great. They get a four out of five stars for not putting the right battery in but make up for it by the credit. read more

I had a Pioneer NEX head unit, backup camera, and front speakers installed into my Honda pilot. Jimmy took the time to work through exactly what I wanted as this would require some custom dash replacements. Flawless install and completed exactly in the time estimated. He even fixed a broken latch on my back door (broken months before by me) without ever even mentioning it. Later, when I wanted to make some changes to my original work, Jimmy was patient and easily accommodated my requests. After installation, they took the time to go through any questions I had and how to operate the somewhat convoluted interface on the Pioneer units (CarPlay better be worth it when it finally comes out). Every one I met at the shop was courteous and helpful throughout. I researched the big box stores and several other custom audio installers and am glad I went with quality. I needed to replace my bluetooth device in my 2006 Porsche 911. Unfortunately the Tooki unit they installed was not only defective it killed my battery overnight. DJ not only came to my home to jump start my car the next day, they replaced my battery at no charge when they replaced the defective unit. I only have kudos for this place and recommend that before you buy any electronics for your auto you should call DJ first. read more

I had an amazing consultation with David yesterday and he was extremely informative and helpful. He then gave me a sampling of what the system (speakers) will sound like. David gave me his honest opinion of what I needed and never for a second tried to oversell me on any extras. He also offered pickup and drop off from my home which was incredibly thoughtful.
