Hudson Valley Home Media Can't Be Trusted We made an error…read moreand sent them more than they paid for. They refuse to return or pay for the product. They contacted us urgently looking for six NetGear access points because they were unable to obtain them through their normal channels. We located and reserved the units for them. They requested a price below our cost, which we declined, and they placed an order for two units. Due to a fulfillment error, we mistakenly shipped six units instead of two. When we discovered the mistake, we immediately requested the return of the four additional units and offered to cover the return shipping. Hudson Home Media refused to return the units and refused to pay for them, stating that they considered them "unsolicited merchandise" rather than a shipment error. They also stated they would not pay because they believed we should have sold the original units at a lower price. Based on our experience, Hudson Valley Home Media can't be trusted.

You guys, the reviews are not lying! Sometimes when a business has nothing but good reviews, it may seem too good to be true. I can assure you, they are as good as they seem online. I texted the number on the their site around 2:30pm. I got a response in about a minute, no joke! He arrived at my house at 4:45pm and was done in about 15 minutes or less. We had great conversation, he was very friendly and kind. I am extremely impressed with how prompt and efficient the installation was done and how the customer service was overall. I didn't get the gentleman's name but thank you so much!! I will definitely be recommending this business to all my friends and family!
