Everything went smoothly, from check in to new patient paperwork to cleaning and X-rays. The hygienist was a superstar, dealing with a couple of areas that were hard to clean in my small mouth. This dentistry office had trouble filling all their hygienist positions for a few years through covid, but they have been back to full staffing for about a year and once again seem to be able to schedule 6 month cleanings without a problem.

The treatment I received was very cold, especially from the doctor. The second time I went was for a tooth extraction. That same dentist was unable to complete the procedure and sent me home with half of the tooth broken, which cut into my tongue and caused constant pain. I had to wait an entire week like that until a surgeon at another clinic could finally treat me. To make matters worse, when I complained about their poor service, they told me I wouldn't have to pay. Now, I've received a text saying that I owe them money. In the end, they're charging me after explicitly saying they wouldn't. I could have sued them for this, but honestly, I don't have the time to waste.

They've expanded into two offices in the same building and even have a relaxation room if you get there early which I did.
