Eric said he would arrive in about an hour but showed up roughly three hours late. He checked the cameras only after he had already attached all of them with adhesive. He should have verified the live view on the app before permanently sticking them down. Problems I found afterward: * Rear camera is mounted upside-down and left/right flipped * Front camera is not centered and needs to be moved more to the middle I contacted him about the issues and he said he would check the schedule. After that, he ghosted. For a $250 three-camera job, checking orientation and positioning on the app before using adhesive should be basic procedure. I ended up having to correct the problems myself. Would not recommend.

Car Toys wanted to charge me 1100 dollars to simply install what I already had in a new vehicle!!!! Absurd right? So I decided to take my business to Bryan and Tony. WOW!! Customer service was so great! Not only did I get my subwoofers and amps reinstalled, but I also purchased two new focal speakers, and still paid significantly less!! They had my car done in about 4 hours (would have taken Car Toys 6-7) AND even brought my car to me!! As far as the sound quality and instillation goes... I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Amps are appropriately and safely mounted to the backs of my seats, base knob is in a reachable area, but not noticeable unless you know where it is and both the speakers and my subwoofers sound AMAZING!!!!! Great clarity, and still a lot of boom! I can crank it all the way and still get great sound, no static, crackling or fading in and out. HIGHLY recommend Frisco Audio and Tint. They will be receiving my business from now on. Skip over Car Toys half ass jobs and outrages "instillation and labor" fees.

I've sent four vehicles to them over five years and their quality gets worse every time. They did…read morefantastic on my first vehicle, and not so good the second time (few issues but got the job done), couldn't figure out what to charge because they didn't know what hardware they installed third time. This last time required multiple trips to fix the things they should have delivered the first time (a full list of rookie mistakes). They wanted to either drill into my A pillars or epoxy the tweeters because it was "not easy" to get to the factory locations (epoxy or drill?!?! In a Bentley?!?!). Tons of rattles, dash trim was hanging loose, they openly admitted they knew about a whining noise after I confronted them, rear trim was hanging loose, sub knob was hanging by the wire because they couldn't figure out where to mount. They constantly try to nickle and dime you in the middle of the install saying the original parts won't work or blame problems on parts so they can upsell. Employee revved the engine when bringing it around. I had to tell them multiple times "if you're not done, just say so". Been in multiple times and still rattles like crazy despite paying for tons of sound deadening. When confronted his response was "well it doesn't rattle with my music" instead of trying to get to the root of the problem. If you don't want to the work, just say it, don't waste my time and money! Avoid them if you want any type of quality work.

With how finicky some of the setup is required in some of the newer cars, DIY wasn't worth it for me. Highly recommended if your install done CORRECTLY, without worrying about being oversold or underperformed. They know their Audio AND how to install it.
